Very friendly stuff, always happy to help and answer the questions. Building is older, but very clean, good size of room and comfortable bed, nice breakfasts with warm baked goods. 5 min from railway station and just a little bit more to city center (also bus stop around hotel).

There was some problem with ventilation in the room (small traces of mold on the bathroom’s ceiling). There is no daily cleanliness check (for us it was perfectly fine to not clean our room during our stay), but we needed to ask for additional toilet paper if there was a need.

Easy check in. Room and en-suite very clean. Kettle provided. Tea but no coffee. Close to the city and train station/bus station. Local restaurants close to the hotel were very good and very reasonably priced. Quiet tree lined street but the restaurant (not part of the hotel) can be a little noisy at night. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The hotel kept oyr luggage when we arrived early and we’re happy to keep our luggage as we left late afternoon. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, the room and bed comfortable, friendly staff.

The car park was full. There was a parking space on the road outside that we were told we were lucky to find available. Unfortunately, I misunderstood and we stayed there too long and have ended up with a fine. There is actually a car park on the opposite side of the road but we hadn't noticed it in the dark when we arrived and I don't know if it's open overnight.

Located in a lovely area and around a 7 minute walk to the main train station. Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage as it was too early to check in. We had a top floor room with a balcony, which was an added bonus. They even prov sparkling mineral water. The room was clean and most likely. It was recently updated.

I loved how friendly the staff was. The hotel is small and cosy. For a single night stay while travelling, it was simply perfect.

I didn't like that there was no fan or AC in the room. It was simply an unfortunate time with the weather (extreme heat), but that didn't affect our stay much. Keeping the window open through the night helped a tiny bit.

It was close to the termini 5min walk. There was a lot to do in Bonn. A delicious restaurant right outside the hotel. The staff were very help. Ordered a cab for us. Kept our room clean and gave us privacy. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but in America we have squishy beds. This was a comfy bed compared to other Europe hotels.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.The room was nice and warm, bed very comfortable,shower and bath very good temperature of the water.Very good location and proximity to HBH and shopping area.

There was no coffee and the creamier was not topped up or the cups changed/cleaned after they had been used.

Room was great and the location is ideal

The ladies responsible for breakfast were rather unfriendly and more concerned with microwaving their own food/getting their own coffee/smoking than with responding to simple requests from guests (we asked for water)

Exceptionally clean - lovely newly-renovated large room in old character building. Helpful friendly staff. Great location - close to station and old town in lovely leafy residential area.

Reception area was being repaired so not very inviting.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is well located for centre of Bonn. Breakfast was OK too.

We stayed for three nights. Coffee and Tea was provided in the room on the first night but was not replenished for subsequent days. Used coffee mugs were not changed. Light bulb missing in the bedside light.
