The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, the best one I had on this trip to Europe, with many varieties and excellent quality of food. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the west of the train station. The attractions of the Old Town are on the other side of the train tracks, but it was only a 15-minute walk to get to them.

The hotel did not have a microwave oven available for use. The room was small. The hotel was expensive, and so I did not feel that it was outstanding value for money, although the breakfast was superb and the location excellent

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within very easy walking distance of the train station and the town center, only 5 minutes from the former and 10 minutes from the latter. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and specialty foods. The hotel was very quiet even though it seemed to be fully occupied. I like that the room had a refrigerator

The room was on the small side. The weather was mild while I was there so the lack of AC was not a problem, but I suppose that it could be a problem during the summer

The hotel has an excellent location, a super cool German-style building, and an amazing staff. I truly enjoyed my stay!

Just a quick note for the managers: the hotel is fantastic, and I really enjoyed my stay! However, there is a strong smell of cigarettes at the reception, even though the hotel is advertised as non-smoking. I’m sorry to bring this up. It can be a bit uncomfortable for non-smokers. Thank you for understanding!

The Hotel is very near the Banhoff, only one street away and to the Zentrum. Hotel is also very clean and organize, Rooms are very comfortable as well. It was a nice stay for the weekend with family. Our double room has a two single bed plus they provided us with a single sofa bed and a cot. It was very nice of them to do that. Breakfast was also good.

Some staffs don’t seem too approachable but helpful nonetheless. I guess its a common German Character

Perfectly adequate hotel in a great location in Bonn. Single room was very reasonably priced with breakfast included and was excellent for a single night stay for a solo traveller just needing a place to sleep for the night! Nice staff and convenient for Bonn hbf.

Its not the worlds fanciest hotel but for the price it is definitely good value. Hard to overly critique the place given the nice staff and efficient welcome. Room was small but completely worth the price.

Good location - 5 minutes walk from the main railway station and bus stops. Convenient for the centre but away from the crowds and noise. Good selection at breakfast. Room small but had everything I needed. Bed comfy - I slept well.

There was a problem with one of the hot drink machines at breakfast - fortunately the other one worked fine after a short wait while it started up.

The hotel is very well located, it is close to the station. The night staff was very nice and helpful. It has a comfy bed and a nice shower. I stayed two days and it was very good for me.

The bathroom didn't have shampoo or other amenities.

At departure Tuesday morning, the man was not friendly at all! We felt like we were disturbing him when we dropped off the key. We said ‘good morning’, looked for where to put the key, he grabbed it and threw it in the hole in the desk. Not what we expected from someone in customer service!

Most staff very friendly, breakfast (outstanding first day, second day much less offer - not sure why), clean, location in beautiful calm neighborhood, (shared) "roof"-terrace, fridge in room, room was quiet (pleasant surprise, because I had read some negative reviews on it), beds were good (also pleasant surprise, because I had read some negative reviews on it).

Only velux window, so no view at all (this was the biggest disappointment because I explicitly asked a room with a view/big windows), no kettle in room, no waste sorting possibilities, room and bathroom very small (but everything you needed was there).

The personnel was really friendly and attentive. Something went wrong with our booking but they corrected this on the spot, no questions asked. The room we received was very spacious, quiet and clean. There was a lot of space for our stuff, including a nice wardrobe and a mini-fridge (filled with drinks you can buy, but there was enough space so we could also put some of our own stuff in to keep cool). The shower took quite long to get hot but once it did it was very nice, and all the linen they provided were clean and fresh. The street and neighborhood seem nice too, and look very open and green, and the hotel is at a walking distance from the central station. We also took advantage of the underground parking they offer (small additional fee). The parking spot is about a 5 min. walk from the property, but very easy to find and very well organized.

The room has no air conditioning, and the small standing ventilator that is there really did not do the job. We visited on a pretty warm and humid day, and the air in the room remained a bit muggy throughout the night.
