We had an amazing stay at Domicil Hotel Bonn! From the very beginning, we felt truly welcomed. We were two adults traveling with four children — three older kids (9 and 11 years old) and a baby under one year — and in every situation, the hotel staff offered kind and thoughtful support. A very special thank you to Anass, who went above and beyond to help us. When we urgently needed a baby car seat for a taxi, he personally went to his own home to bring one for us. That kind of care and dedication is something we will always remember. He also gave sweets to our kids, which made them so happy and added a warm, personal touch to our stay. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very comfortable. One of them had a bathtub, which we really enjoyed. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, just steps from Münsterplatz and the Beethoven monument, so we were able to combine our business trip with some lovely sightseeing. A big thank you to Anass and the entire team at Domicil Hotel Bonn. You made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bonn!

I had a really nice time staying at Domicil Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center and very close to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great for the price of €19. It was both tastier and cheaper to eat at a nearby cafe. My room had a lot of visible cables on the ceiling from the air conditioner, which didn’t look very nice, but it wasn’t a major issue.

The hotel had a funky shabby chic ambience. The tub was big. The location and the price were great. The mattress was comfortable and there were enough pillows.

The desk person was a bit rude. Wouldn't even look up or acknowledge our presence until we all walked up and stood right in front of him. Then was very awkward and made excuses for the lights in our room flashing non-stop, instead of just changing our room. Our first room was huge, had to move for a lighting issue, and the second was not so much, but it was adequate.

A very nice hotel in the city centre, with very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, in a beautiful dining room. The building is of significant interest architecturally and is being restored. Our favourite feature was the very effective triple-glazed windows which kept our room overlooking the street quiet.

Not much: The lift is fully functioning; our showers were great. Air-conditioning would have been a big help though against the sweltering summer heat.

The hotel has a nice design and was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend booking extra nights if you need to at the reception desk since they offered a better rate. The location was close to everything.

The wifi tends to go off for a few seconds from time to time, maybe couse my room was in the corner there's a weaker signal. And the electric sockets are in not the most convenient places.

The location is superb, staff is very friendly, the hotel is charming and the restaurant area is very nice.

There was no A.C. and it was quite hot in the room in june. The lack of a small fridge and a full body mirror in the room also complicated things a bit for a one-week stay for work.

Staff were attentive and the gentleman at receptiom escorted us to our room. There was a notice on a card to say the hotel was new and 'getting there' and invited us to come downstairs and have a coffee / tea and a glass of prececco on the house. We loved the bath as we only have a shower at home. Their breakfast was only €10pp but we are not really full breakfast people so we gave it a miss. We did have a very good coffee & tea before we left. This was free to all hotel guests. The manager was so friendly and thoughtful, he fetched two delicious croissants from the buffet and offered it to us. The bathroom had complementary earbuds, cottonwool and even earplugs! The bedroom had a library of books to read. There was a fqn, hairdryer and a little bar fridge in our hotel room. The above is rare and we had exceptional service compared to all the hotels we have stayed in around Germany. We shall be back if we ever visit Bonn again 😊 Danke!

Cleaning staff to pay a little more attention on bathroom wall & under tv / cabinet.

Lovely staff, who speaks English, and answers requests effectively. Hotel near the city center: very practical! Fairly nice breakfast: choice, quality and quantity, open from 6h30 to 10h. Clean room. Included: tissues, towels, toilet paper, shower gel. Bedroom trashcan emptied everyday. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view from my room and from the breakfast room. Nice decoration and music in the lobby. Checking out took less than 5 minutes. Fairly quiet bedroom when the window is closed. Free wifi. Key to enter the hotel after 23h.

Unlocking the bedroom door is difficult (it requires a strange hand gesture with the badge). The free wifi had a few bugs requiring me to disconnect then reconnect my device. A few websites seem never accessible (censorship maybe?). Empty shower gel bottle in the shower cabin (but another bottle in the bathroom was full). The breakfast tables could be cleaner maybe. The trolley in the hotel street is a bit noisy sometimes (closing the window makes it much quieter). The TV had no signal (I don't care though).

Great location, large room with good facilities. Was a little hot in the peak of summer with just a single fan but otherwise great.

Only a single fan was not quite enough to keep the temperature down with three adults in the room. Didn’t ask for another fan though must be said.

Τhe location of the hotel,friendly and very kind stuff, room temperature was very good. An unexpected surprise was the musical enenings in the hall of the hotel...lovely experience!
