I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bonn. I booked a single room for three nights and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation for such an affordable rate. They even allowed me to check in early around 10 am, which was a huge plus after my morning arrival. The hotel also had someone available at the lobby as early as 4 am for check-out, which made my departure very convenient. Breakfast was decent and worth the additional 12 euros. My room didn’t have AC, but since it was small, simply opening the window was enough when it felt a bit warm, a fair trade-off considering the price. Overall, this is a great value for money if you don’t mind a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the tram station to reach Bonn Hbf.

Breakfast was good. Basic. Room nice, view of atrium with green trees and lily pond. Quiet as was summer and very few guests. Option to sit outside - so imagine busier during business season.

TV did not work. Breakfast ended 9:30 am, too early. Checkout also by 10:am early. Mattress a bit too hard. TV control did not work, so had to use my laptop to watch any news. Glutenfree bread awful, tasted like cardboard, glad I brought my own.

The hotel staff was very kind (also speaking English), the room was very clean and tidy (cleaned during my 2-day stay). I didn't try the breakfast (not enough time). The location was good and safe, 8 minutes of walking from the metro station, which is necessary for a visit in the center of Bonne (picturesque town with museums and many shops). The price was a bit high but worth it. Also 24h reception! The view from my window was calm, looking on a little lake inside the hotel building!

I stayed there for only one night, but the experience was great. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and looked almost new. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was really tasty for the price.

It’s not the closest to the city center, though still perfectly manageable.

Location is in a quiet and green part of the city. The breakfast spread is good and you can request for vegan and gluten-free options. The staff is very nice. Commuting with public transport to the city or to some other places on the other side, is possible with a little bit of walking like for 7-8 minutes to reach the U-bahn/Tram stops. There is a bus stop also right outside the hotel but I saw a bus there, line 638, only once during my stay, so I don't know how that works.

I took the single room and it was adequate for sleeping in. But the bathroom was very small. I personally had no issues with the decor but it is from the 1980's, if decor is an important factor for anyone reading this review.

A political education institute with conference facilities. Very clean, bright, and pleasant. Staff were cheerful and helpful. My room has a comfy bed, a small desk and a good shower.

I would have liked a kettle and tea-making supplies. The weather was very hot during my stay and my room got very warm at night.

Very nice staff, especially the kind lady at the reception that speaks Italian Quiet government area, the fact that is a centre for democracy gives a very cool vibe, for history buffs Safe shelter for bikes

The hotel itself was very nice, the location left much to be desired. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly.

Because of lack of AC and the rooms being warm we had to leave the window open which led to bugs coming into the room.

Some of the evening staff in the restaurant does require some training in customer relations. One evening shift was excellent, the next day, not so. Demanding that the customers get up and go right now, without a prior warning - i.e. expecting that patrons relaxing in the evening should watch the clock themselves - is downright rude, putting it very mildly. The rest was excellent in every sense, so one one bad apple did not really diminish the rating.

location distant from the center a easy to lost the way from the metro station, a little dangerous for solo travelers to walk alone around...
