I had an excellent experience mostly with the hotel, but once in the restaurant (both are dog friendly). I was lucky enough (and very grateful) to be upgraded to one of the rooms in their adjacent, newer building (just across the road). Entry to this building is secure and can only be accessed by your room's keycard (which also allows access to the reception area in the older building). This new building also features a small, modern elevator to get to the upper floors...handy for me as was on the top floor. The upgraded room I was assigned to was immaculately clean, very spacious (bathroom too), and furnished with modern furniture, bed, and large flatscreen TV (Netflix app is available). It was an open planned designed with lounge/sitting room combined with the bedroom (containing a very comfortable, soft yet supportive, King mattress). The lounge area contained a sofa bed and matching chair, plus a sitting chair. The room also contained a desk with a chair, a small mini-bar fridge (stocked with drinks and snacks), a large mirrored wardrobe, and a luggage rack, with two bedside tables next to the bed. Heating was provided by either an air-conditioner or by two separate water radiators - these radiators performed very well. The two large windows had curtains and electric outdoor blinds for privacy at night. The bathroom was very bright and well lit, had a heated floor and towel rack, large vanity mirror, and a large walk-in shower (excellent water pressure and hot water supply). As I had to extend my stay twice, the last few nights I had to move to another room. This was much smaller (bathroom as well), but the quality was still the same, as to the cleanliness. The only downside to this other room is that the TV did not feature the Netflix app (and the vast number of channels available were mostly in German....or German dubbed). Both rooms and throughout the property (and between buildings) had good WiFi with a constant and strong connection.

Roadside parking during the day can be rare to find, but it is free.

We did not have breakfast, but the rooms were good. The staff was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met - e.g. ground floor rooms close to each other regarding our children, particularly for the one who is disabled. A parking space was also arranged by them at reasonable extra cost. The last few times when we asked if we could stay a little longer during the day, that was not a problem at all. With some hotels checkout time is checkout time, but not here. The neighborhood is nice and so are the buildings.

Nice room for the price. Location for us was great but be aware that it is not close to Bonn city center

Staff was ok but for instance, there was a wine fair a few streets away which was very nice to spend the evening with some music and local wines but they did not recommend it to us or ask if we needed any other kind of information or recommendation. In this sense, the service could improve.

Wonderful hotel in a secluded location. Excellent communication with the staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. My room was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. Having an elevator was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. But I highly recommend stopping by for dinner as well. I ordered the «"Schmorbraten "Braumeister Art" vom Schweinenacken, zart mit Apfelrotkohl und Kartoffelklößen"» and it was so delicious. Tender meat in gravy. Good selection of wines. Would respectfully stay at this hotel again.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Restraunt very good and reasonably priced. Parking on the street generally fine.

Coffee / tea in room would be a great addition. Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday, as is quite usual, others a short walk away but up hill on the way back.

The hotel gave us a free upgrade which is very nice. The rooms are large and clean. I also manage d to borrow a kettle to boil some water for my child to take medication.

The breakfast provided by the restaurant is Al carts so choices are very limited.

Hi we stay for one night on 26th September. Well lit room nice bathroom everything for our needs. Super be area quiet and not far from town. Friendly at reception. Also good was price for stay. We saved this place for next trip definitely we come again. Highly recommend. Thank you Mārcis

Hotel was really neat and tidy. Room was of a decent size too. It was easy to park my car outside on the street. The hotel was located in a very quiet and fancy neighborhood. I could go out for a run in the morning. City center was also easily accessible by public transport. We could leave the city just in a few minutes by car and be on our way to Koblenz and Cochem.

AC didn't work. A small fan in the room would be a good idea, so we didn't have have to open the windows for air flow.

The place was extremely clean and the rooms were large and modern. Nothing more to ask for on a quick business trip or if you want to go hiking or explore the countryside from there. It is well located if you have something to do outside of the city but it will take you some to get to the city centre. There is public transport available though.
