Nice hotel, staff really friendly, fantastic choice for breakfast, comfortable room with decent sized bathroom. Our evening meal was good and a free ice-cream was an added bonus! Location is good - close to station and ferry. Pleasant little town, we would have liked to stay a little longer - would definitely visit again. We took the Rack Railway to the top of the hill and walked back down which was a great way to spend an afternoon.

There was a lot of road noise outside and the view from our room was of the building next door. Lots of stairs to manouvre with heavy luggage.

Location is amazing. A very unique hotel with lots of quirks and cool artwork. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was break but we probably wouldn’t have gotten it if we remembered it wasn’t included. On check in, they just asked us to order our breakfast for the next morning.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and comfy. Great bathroom. Great location & value for money. Balcony was great too. Highly recommended.

Location is great and we could reach the hotel by walking easyly from the central station. People can reach all the attractions in town by walking as well. - Our room was big and clean . Bathroom was clean as well. Room decoration was very good . There were several paintings on the walls. - Hotel offered us free wellcome ice cream. It was very good idea as it was very hot day .

The stairs were very steep and no lift so if you are not very good on your feet it’s worth taking note .

Great customer service, friendly staff. A gorgeous building that is kept very clean. Our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect and presentation was elegant. Location was perfect to explore the shops in this charming town and close to the entrance for the Drachenfels train.

Very nice place near city of Bonn. The staff are very friendly and willing. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Super breakfast.
