all very good

I was a solo female traveler .. going to an opening at the museum close by .. but was very scared walking home afterwards. it’s dark and lonely and I don’t think it would be safe to walk home on your own. this needs to be flagged up to solo travelers .could you do something to light the way and make it safer.

The room was located in the basement. Its windows had a view on a parking lot and a pre-school and kindergarten. The room was spacy, comfortable and quiet. Luckily the childcare facility was closed during holidays and the room was not situated on the noisy reverse side which faces the railway tracks. Everything was clean. The room was easily accessible from street level with an elevator. The kitchen cabinet was very well equipped with all necessary appliances.

The room had only one single chair. The only other seating possibility was on the bed. This was not helpful for sharing meals with a second person. The location ist located very close to a railway track and just opposite a childcare Center.

gate at train crossing nearby is almost always down and can say down for 10-15 min at a time, making any sort of transport (foot, bike, car) to the metro or business district take longer than expected

Very big rooms which have everything you need, including the little kitchen. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. You can also park next to the hotel for free if you find some available spots. You can access all the floors with an elevator. Good value for money.

Walls are very thin, and the shower doesn't have a door, so the whole bathroom is wet after taking a shower. If you come with a car, you might need to wait additional time because the hotel is located next to the railway crossing.

The room was great (so much room, clean and modern) and the staff very welcoming. They even leave some complimentary drinks in the room which was lovely touch! We would absolutely stay here again without a doubt - it was such a bargain for what we got. Although it was a little out of the city centre, it was a quick walk to either the train or tram which made it so accessible.

The only downside for us was that the room was so warm, and at night it was so hard to sleep. There was no Aircon (which I was not expecting) but no fan either. We did stay when the temperature was 30°c so I would say this comment would not be applicable all the time!

Staff was super friendly and supportive. The breakfast is really good and good value for money. The location is excellent, close to public transport. The room was nice, clean and spacious

In our room the chair was a bit too worn and I would have preferred firmer mattresses

It is located on the railway crossing , so you have to wait sometime to cross the street , sometimes you can wait up to 15 minutes so you have to plane you schedule ahead supermarket 8 minutes walk

Good location with public transport very close. Facilities in the room were very good, with wide windows bringing light to the room. The location was very quiet and the room itself very comfortable. The staff was very helpful always wearing smile on there face and ready to assist.

It's ok. A little low on the kitchen utensil side but otherwise ok.

Very limited times when the reception is open. If you are unfortunate to arrive outside of the reception hours you would have to use another entrance that is not disabled-friendly and does not even have a slide to move up the suitcases. You'd have to learn to fly with your wheelchair/haul luggage a small but steep flight of stairs.

room was clean ne spacious . staff were wonderful . I had to keep extending my stay and it was no problem. on the final night of our stay, our flight was cancelled and we had to find other ways to go back home . Mr Michael helped us a lot with all unexpected changes including helping us to secure wheelchair assistance .

it was very warm in the room as there was no air conditioning
