Breakfast was excellent as well as the service throughout the hotel. Location was convenient and the hotel garage convenient. The natural history museum was next to the hotel and worth the visit. The room was large & comfortable with a desk and chairs. View was interesting of the main street but one did not hear traffic noise. Elevators were convenient and always seemed available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

WiFi was not secure and it seemed as if someone was hacking the emails while typing messages. Otherwise, it worked fine. Lock on the hotel room door was difficult to open, but the staff is in the process of replacing the locks.

I loved the location - very close to the river, so ideal for having a morning walk into the city center (where I was working), or for going on a run along the river. I had a large room with a mini kitchen - I found the cutlery and crockery, and especially the fridge, most convenient for having meals and storing groceries. The staff was helpful when I had an injury on a run, providing bandaids and disinfectant.

The kitchen was so tiny that even washing a plate was a challenge. I cannot imagine doing actual cooking there - although basic utensils (e.g. pots) and a hot plate are provided.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely cooperative, making our stay pleasant. The location is highly convenient, just a few U-Bahn stops from the Hauptbahnhof. The availability of a kitchenette, refrigerator, and microwave was particularly helpful for us. Overall, the ambience exudes a very positive vibe. The breakfast room, bathed in plenty of sunshine, is charming and inviting. The food at breakfast is exceptionally fresh and much more flavorful than at most other hotels in Bonn.

The breakfast room is small and hence feels crowded with tables, however the sunshine and open glass compensates.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before. It’s very comfortable and at a great location. The room has a separate sleeping and sitting area with a sofa, coffee table and a desk. A spacious wadrobe and a comfortable bathroom. The little kitchenette is is equipped with everything including a Nespresso machine. This time we even got a little welcome basket with some food to cook (spaghetti, noodles, jam, chopped potatoes in a jar). I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I quite liked the rule of once a week housekeeping but I believe it would be good if the garbage was taken out at least twice a week and a spare set of towels was provided.

We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel. It was even nicer than the photos. Parking was readily available, wifi was good, and they left some treats for our dog. The location is not super central, but easily possible to walk, and there is a very nice cafe not far from the hotel.

Our triple room was very impressive. I loved the wood veneer decor, with lots of glass cabinets and mirrors. It felt like staying in a smart apartment. The free minibar was a nice surprise as was the plush dog bed and food bowls and treats left out for our dog! The breakfast was very nice (I only ate the cold food and really enjoyed the selection of teas and self service juicer). The underground parking was convenient and the location close to the Rhein river was very pleasant.

I stayed here because it was close to a work venue. The hotel is very nice. The hotel rooms are cozy. Love the art that is around the building, and the history. Was able to do my own laundry, with washers and driers that are powered via an app. The bathroom was nice and there were lots of lights and storage space, for you to be comfy. The complimentary beer and water each day was a nice touch. This wasn't my first stay and it wouldn't be my last.

It was getting a little cold in Bonn, so was having a little difficulty adjusting the temperature so it wasn't too hot or cold. There was an evening when I thought I could have received a bit more help from a staff member, but it may have been a language barrier issue. I wish the restaurant attached to the hotel was opened a bit earlier and closed a bit later during the week, so that I could enjoy some more of their meals.

Ideal location for me as it was a walking distance for me from the hotel to the meetings I had this week. Room was quiet and the space was well utilised with separated work and sleeping areas. The kitchenette is perfect for Sundays when almost everything is closed in Bonn, including the restaurant in the hotel.

Blackout curtains would really help. An extra hour of sleep every morning would have made this stay ideal. There were visible stains on the walls and furnishing in the sitting area. Breakfast choices were limited.

Large, spacious open plan apartment accessibly by elevator. Beautiful and ornate - hosts kindly accommodated a request for separate shower from the bathtub. Plenty of parking in the underground garage (20 euros/day) - especially given how tight the surrounding residential streets are. Large windows with plenty of light. Reliable wifi. Bathroom was huge, living space was very comfortable. A single bed was added in addition to the queen bed - warm and comfortable. Kitchen was small, but functional. Small touches like the coffee maching, ironing board and set of weighing scales was lovely. Reception was kind and very approachable. Drinks in the fridge being included and stated as such was a plus - not having to worry about extra surprise charges.

The rooms here are huge and very comfortable in an open layout. Very nice little kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker stove top. Very comfortable bed and effective airconditioning. The staff are excellent too, I was made to feel welcome immediately upon showing up at the front desk. Easy to get to too from Bonn centre by bus or U-bahn. I will definitely stay here again.
