My stay at Hotel Rheinland was simply exceptional. The location is perfect: just a few minutes from the center of Bonn, with easy access to the beautiful Rhine River and surrounded by charming bistros, cozy cafés, and interesting shops. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for pleasant walks. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed to relax after a day of activities. The hotel’s structure is cozy and functional, with a great breakfast and a welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and quality of the staff’s service. From the reception to email communication, I was always treated with care and kindness. I highly recommend Hotel Rheinland and will definitely return on future visits to Bonn.

Exactly what I needed - a small, clean, and comfortable place for my stopover. The space was tight but there is more than enough room for 1 person and their stuff if the plan is to be out exploring the city for most of your time. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was basic but tasty, and service was super friendly.

Street facing room was very noisy when the window was open. Not a problem in colder months as the shut window blocked out the noise but would probably be annoying in warmer months.

I love how this hotel takes a creative approach by theming each room to represent a different country, while still staying aligned with the rich history of Bonn. The room was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. The breakfast was good, and the staff were courteous and incredibly helpful. The location is perfect—right in the centre of Bonn and just a short distance from the main landmarks. I would definitely love to stay here again!

This was a wonderful find - a small (around 40 rooms), hotel with great, helpful staff. The rooms, hallways and breakfast room were decorated with old newpapers front pages and photos of politicos from the post war era. Our room had a Cuba theme with cigars, posters, a flag and numerous books about the country. The location was also good, within walking distance from the train station, the Beethoven Haus and the town square. The breakfast was included and was very good with many choices. There was also an outdoor terrace for lounging. We would definitely stay her again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was confortable, practical, quiet (good windows for a room on the side of the street). Very well located in the city centre and close to the tram line. Breakfast options were good and healthy, the decorations in the breakfast room were very interesting to admire. The staff was kind, polite and helpful with my requests - thank you!

Very well situated and such a friendly team of staff. The hotel is fascinating with its themed rooms and photo displays of famous meetings between German leaders and other world figures. Pleasant balcony on the quiet side of the hotel.

Limited parking facilities so we were lucky to get one of only two spaces. Not an easy problem for the hotel, however, given its urban location.

Hotel information stated that there was beer in room 201. The fridge there was empty and switched off. No problem but why say that there are drinks available when clearly there were not. I told the staff at breakfast who thanked me for telling them , but clearly this fact was known to them. The room bin still had rubbish in it , which brought a smile to my face! I shall return to this hotel on my next visit to Bonn as it is close to the town.

Big, clean, tidy rooms with fine bed linen. Big toilet, soft towels. Nice location next to the river but old city too! Interesting touch the info and photos at the breakfast room.

Ok quality but poor breakfast variety for the price. But narrow beds... Mix up with parking that should have been available. Fortunately on bank holidays it is free at the roads around.

Such a warm welcome received from Johanes. Theres a lovely little terrace where you can sit and enjoy one of the locally sourced beers. Breakfast is basic but enough choice to suit most people. This is a small hotel situated very close to the river and the town centre. Rooms are comfortable. Free WiFi. Perfect for a short stay.

The entrance to the hotel can be a bit off putting as it seems like the doorway to an apartment block but don't be put off by this. The lift takes you to the first floor reception area. It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but bottled water was provided.

If you are arriving after the staffed hours, try to arrange with the hotel beforehand how you will enter the building. I arrived in the evening and called the number I was given to speak to a staff member, but nobody picked up the phone. Luckily, there is also an emergency number which I used to get through to somebody who gave me the code to receive my key and enter the building. All this was probably my fault for not arranging with the hotel in advance how I would get in after the receptionist left. But it's useful to keep this in mind if you are arriving in the evening.
