Good location, a good price (and you get a lot for the money). The kitchenette was well equipped (including a Nespresso machine!) so it was easy to quickly prepare a meal. There's supermarkets at the main train station if you want to cook, or there's plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in close proximity. Good location for the university too. Considering everything, I'd be very happy to stay here again next time I visit Bonn.

Air conditioning didn't seem to work. I also didn't have my room cleaned at any point during the week I was there (which might be due to the dates I was staying, public holiday in Germany and then the weekend, but it was surprising). Room could be a bit noisy but that's inevitable with the location in the town centre

Modern: The room was surely newly renovated and was exceptionally well-kempt. Lights: The room had 20 different lights for 20-something m² of space. Exceptionally versatile for night and day situations. Clean: The room was exceptionally clean with no dust in sight. Utilities: The room itself was ready for short stays as well as longer ones as in the common area there were even utilities to cook and refrigerate. Outside space: The common area had a pretty sizable garden which was free for guests to use and relax there. It was a nice extra that made the room feel premium. AC: A central AC unit is always appreciated in summer and the room was well equipped for that also. Easy to use and very strong. Beds: The beds were comfortable and had a memory foam type of mattress which made sleep a pleasure.

Utilities: While the room had quite a few utilities there were others that were missing considering this being an Apart-Hotel room. - No Plastic Bags for women's products - No Microwave

Convenient check-in, great location and nice-looking comfortable rooms.

My one critique is that it should be possible to get out of the hotel's private parking garage after check-out without your room key. Usually at a hotel you would check out, return the key and then want to drive off (you can't park on the street outside at all). But here, we discovered that you cannot leave the garage without the room key so we had to go back inside and find a staff member to let us out. This seems like a really inconvenient system and there should at least be a sign warning people about it before they get stuck in the garage on accident.

The flat has ongoing furnishments but overall quality is good and it barely disturbs my sleep. The good thing is that the room size is much larger than most hotels and has equipped every essential things I want: from stoves to microwaves. The location is also brilliant: less than 5 min walk to train station, 3 min to metro, 10 min to the riverside. If your travel plan is to get up early and travel around or business, this place is great.

What I found not that good is the environment. There is a bar near the flat and sometimes there would gather some tennagers overnight with loud musics. That was my last night of stay so I didn't call the reception but it was really disturbing if the windows were open. AC was also not working well during my stay as the cooling module was diabled.

We rented a Superior Studio and it really did its job as a central, convenient Aparthotel for 4 nights. The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, and small touches like the coffee machine were very nice. An Aparthotel should ideally feel like the best of both an apartment and a hotel, but Home & CoLiving understandably had to make a few compromises. For instance, our studio didn't have a basic kitchenette, but it might be different for other rooms. But we got it at a decent price and I would recommend it nonetheless for short stays.

The staff were excellent at communicating with check in details and assisted with any questions quickly. Even before our arrival we received exceptional service. We ordered 3 rooms and they were all a good size with the two on the lower level having a walk in shower, larger bathroom space, coffee maker (which used pods), mini refrigerator, a desk, comfortable bed, view to the garden and a space to group and organize the day. The room on level one was good for a single person with a bathtub/shower combo, smaller square footage overall, but also had great closet space, a stove top, microwave, same coffee maker, & 2 stools facing the TV. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Bonn train station, the Botanical Gardens (free entry), a great Italian Pizza restaurant right next door, shopping and a crazy amount of restaurants in such a small town. It was wonderful! You definitely have to try the Doner restaurant a short distance away, just across the street. You will see the line across the sidewalk and know this is the place. Oh and did I mention the Habaro Candy Store? It is just around the corner from my favourite Doner restaurant. Great candy for all! *a tip….if you are looking for train tickets please be sure to go to the ticket office just beside the main Information Booth at the front entrance of the train station. When we looked online to buy tickets to the Frankfurt Airport it was 400 euros for 4 adults. Going to the office they offered us 2 options one 374 euro, the second 75 euro! Crazy! What a saving! Yes it took 1/2 an hour longer and 1 extra train change, but for us not being in a hurry as we were going on our flight the next day made sense. Oh by the way, there are many delays on the trains. I suggest you do the same and travel to the airport the day before if you can.

Not much. My husband is a light sleeper so the room upstairs faced the street which was a little loud at times with people walking by. As well the liquid soaps were low, but if you asked, it was filled immediately. We had a great experience and will definitely book here again when we return to Bonn.

This apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the city centre and the train station. There is a garden where you can eat and a shared space where you can read, work and relax. Coffee and tea are provided.

Although it is an apartment, there is neither a stove nor a microwave, which makes it impossible to heat milk or any other type of food. The sink is in a shared area, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but you need to find it yourself since no information was provided.

This aparotel was recommended by a colleague who stayed there before. It exceeds my expectations in so many ways. I read the review that the technology could be annoying, but it all went very smooth. I checked in at 11.30 PM and the code and instructions given over email were clear so I had no issue. the room is big with big window and it comes with an AC. All are comfortable, except the pillows are too soft and noise from the restaurant could be heard, even you close the door. It didn't bother me as I wore earplugs.. The lady and the guy working there in the morning was super kind and friendly..

pillows are too soft.. but i am aware that this is my personal preference.. I was staying on the first floor and bars were quite noisy.. also because of the World Cup. other than that, everything was good.

This was a lovely home base to explore Bonn. It was very central and the staff were extremely friendly. The apartment was clean and a kitchen with basic equipment that would be required for preparing meals.

The rooms were quite hot and the air conditioning wasn't working, unfortunately (they had several instructions referencing aircon, but the staff at the entrance wasn't sure how it worked). When the main desk was staffed, the staff was amazing and helpful, but after hours, it was somewhat hard to get a hold of them.
