Nice location, I felt like a local. Authentic styled room. Very nice

If you come after check in time make sure you are able to call (have minutes) to check in

I liked the hotel, the guy who welcomed us was so kind and welcoming, the room was clean and a good size, also very quiet and family friendly. Definitely will come back next year.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't use the car park as we have a roof box and the car park has a height limit, also too many steps to get to our room, no lift etc. As a family with two young kids this was some kind of a challenge.

Cleanliness; cozy small room; easiness of check in and check out. Good location and friendly staff.

Matress and especially pillow were a bit unconfortable. Contact with staff ok but limited to a few hours per day and not as agile. 3rd floor without lift.

The ambiance and the ease of the place. Very relaxed. An element of the "Fawlty Towers" about it.

The fact that one couldn't lie in as housekeeping was at 9am regularly.

No coffee facilities, room very small

The bed shits were very very scratchy and itchy that we couldnt sleep at all. I have to use my blanket as bed shit to be able to sleep. It was a really a nightmare. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It was very clean, good location, friendly stuff and good facilities.

Hotel is at a quite central location - so fine - if your car is not an SUV you also find some parking at the hotel (Outside it is very difficult to find a parking space) - communication before check in was very good and friendly - and check-in by codes worked simple and well (but thats all)

Bath was very small - toiletpaper not refilled - nobody to talk to at the moring and evening - bath very old - mattress and blankets, duvets etc. old and mattress with mite pest - room was icecold on arrival (all heaters turned to Zero) - room cleaning service the next day was the poorest ever seen - all not very clean and ugly-used - toilet lit was falling down - lamp in bathroom was dark (and partly broken) - no nice welcome somewhere in the room

great bed, and perfect location for me

hair dryer didn’t work, tv went blank, shower broken but useable. the hotel adverts used the availability of breakfast, but that is no longer available.
