It is a hotel that I have experienced and was satisfied with. I have no doubt that I will choose it again next time. I can say that there is no better hotel you can stay in the center of Bonn. Helpfulness, understanding and friendliness are at their best. Some comments have commented that the street where the hotel is located is very noisy. but this allows you to be in touch with the city and watch everything culturally. Definitely 10 out of 10 points.

Second time staying here while on a work trip to Bonn. Great location, clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful receptionist. Bonus having access to Fitness First (on request of an access card). Would definitely return.

The only issue (and reason for giving 8 rather than 10) is the thin walls and windows, but that's not something that the hotel can necessarily change. Just be prepared with earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

At night I could hear the guest snoring in the room next to me. The light in the bathroom was automatic and its intensity changed during the day, so it was almost useless in the morning and it was inconveniently bright the couple of times I went to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Great location and still very quiet. We could reach everything by walking. Super nice cafe on the ground floor, where you can get a great breakfast. A bit different from a normal buffet, but very tasty and prepared with care.

Tips on where to park the car are quite expensive; with a little walk you can drop the car in the DB garage close to the station (Am Alten Friedhof 17) for 6 Euros a day (2024)

The location of the hotel is incredible. The room was a good size and we faced the inner courtyard so it felt peaceful. The room was tidy and smelled nice.

The bathroom was very tight and the shower door didn't reach all the way to the other side so it was easy to flood the bathroom. The mattresses were a bit hard but otherwise the room was comfortable.

I stayed in a single room facing the church and had a very lovely time. The location is great with everything within walking distance and it's still rather quiet. There is a bar/restaurant nearby but as long as the window is closed, the noise is ok. The bed is very comfy and room is clean. The gentleman at the reception and staff are super nice. I even got a chocolate bunny for the Easter! The reception closes around 16:00 which I find a bit too early. But you can easily reach them via phone.

Sometimes when I returned to the room after a few hours out, the room would have a slight bad smell. It smelled like it was from the bathroom.

We attended a wedding on the outskirts of Bonn and this hotel was perfect for our 4-night stay. When I asked for an ironing board, I was accommodated. Also, the receptionist did our laundry once as we stayed 4 nights. The Beethoven Museum is across the street and we enjoyed the visit very much.

The room felt a bit stuffy and we were given a desk fan, which made a big difference.

Spotless clean.and well decorated. Room small (single) but nevertheless very comfy. Location in the heart of city center and very close to tram 66. Not sure how the doubles rooms are.

Nobody at check in but the procedure to get the key was seamless. CAUTION: there is no breakfast on Sunday (learned it there on the spot, when I was hoping a good breakfast from the reviews!!). Perhaps I missed at booking but definitely a negative point... the walls are not very soundproof/ thick: I could hear my neighbour snore (in the very quiet Bonn..)

Great location, beautiful view, good recommendations for restaurants. Room was very small but had all that I needed and enough room for myself.

Breakfast was included on every day but Sunday. It was super noisy from about 9pm to the early hours of the morning 3-4am.

This hotel has really exceeded my expectations. There are many reasons for that, but the two key elements are the extraordinary hospital, friendly and forthcoming staff and the location of the hotel, which is in the very center of the city, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone, but also a short 5-minute walk to a major public transport hub. The hotel stay includes having an a la cart breakfast in the next-door cafe, which serves excellent food and great coffee. The rooms are very small, but that said surprisingly functional and comfortable.
