Great location (literally in the heart of Bonn, by the Rhine), very kind and attentive staff, comfortable bed. I appreciated that the room and the entire hotel was very clean and tidy. I also liked that there was a little swimming pool where you could go for a swim anytime between the morning and late night, and a gym 24/7. And thanks for storing my luggage for the afternoon after checking out!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with a team that was always attentive and helpful. The location is great, close to everything I needed, which made my stay very convenient. The accommodations are very comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, ensuring perfect nights of sleep. The breakfast deserves special mention: it was varied, delicious, and made with fresh products. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit.

I would like to point out two small issues: although I had booked a large bed, the room had two single beds pushed together, which was a bit less comfortable. Also, the balcony had some empty bottles of alcoholic beverages left by previous guests. These were minor details, but worth mentioning.

Very good location, lovely views of the river, I was in King Superior room which was very spacious, comfy bed, good noise insulation although big busy street in front of my room. Warm welcome from the friendly and nice staff at the reception. Breakfast selection was really good and tasty. I would stay here again for sure. Also sauna and swimming pool are very good.

Only thing I missed was that I booked a room with a walk in shower but was given a one with a bathtub. Not convenient as I had a problem with my knee I had injured before, thus the reason for walk in shower room request which was not taken into account unfortunately.

I needed a hotel stay, because I attended a performance at the opera house, which is right in front of the hotel. The room was great as far as size and comfort are concerned. Breakfast is great, as well (one of the best I ever had) and you can enjoy it in a restaurant room with a view on the Rhine. There's also a swimming pool, which however costs 5€ additional fees (quite unusual to pay extra). There's a tram stop nearby, but I went there by foot from the station, walking through the city centre. It's a pleasant walk.

The staff at the reception was a bit "cold". The tablet to read hotel and city information is modern, but a bit eco unfriendly and not so quick to look at as a paper brochure.

Location is excellenrt, and so is the purpose built facility - nice lobby, great halls and restaurants, spacious rooms, good garage with lobby access. Staff is very friendly and efficient

A big group came to the hotel for a convention of some kind - extremely rude and noisy, specailly in the breakfast room - hotel staff was not able to controll them, even though they really bothered the other guests during breakfast, cocktailing in groups among breakfast tables and being extremely loud. Unacceptabel behavior by guests and unacceptable leniency by staff. Otherwise, everything was excellent

Location. Great hotel. Booked with a secret deal and got a nice discount. If not I wouldn’t have booked it. Nice rooms. Not much to complain. Also really liked the desk in the room and good wifi. Ideal spot for people working.

The room was too hot, not sure how. Windows were open. Radiators were cool. So, first night when everything was closed on arrival we suffered a bit, second night after the room was cooled by us, it was better. But still a bit warm. The breakfast is insanely ridiculous expensive, we payed 27 euros per person, way above average.

Cleaniless, got my room cleaned every day, good breakfast, good room service options and drinks. Loved being able to walk down the river to work at the convention center.

Could have comforters made for summer, they only had the winter kind and it got too hot for me to use them, I had to use the comforter cover on its own. Could have sheets to cover yourself instead of only the comforter option as well.

We booked a king size bed but upon arrival got two single beds pushed together. When asking at the reception they mentioned that they don't have any king beds in the whole hotel and also no toppers to make two singles one king. They did not have a bigger blanket either. We accepted this, but it would be good to change this detail on the booking site since it does not accurately reflect what is being offered. That way we would know what to expect.

Very clean room, quiet, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, lots of plugs to charge, good WiFi.

The pillows were awful, and when I asked for better there were none. There was no option to keep the towels or sheets, you had to opt out of all housekeeping or have towels changed daily. The reception desk staff were not particularly friendly, whereas the breakfast room/restaurant staff were very friendly.

Perfeckt!!! New renorvated Superior room with a balcony was STUNING!!! So modern, clean and comfy! Bathroom also soooo niceeee!!! The room is way more beautiful in real life than on a pictures! The only thing missing was a fridge. We didn't mind that we didn't had it because our stay was short, but for people who staying longer it would be great if the room had a fridge. We will be back for sure! Thank you!!! 👏🫶
