Check in was very uncomplicated. The rooms are above the restaurant, so some noise from dining guests is to be expected. Light sheds are available to make your room 100% dark. Free coffee to use. I felt very comfy though, exactly what I needed after a though day. Thanks.

Impossible to reach to the hotel with a car, since it is located in a pedestrian zone. But of course I only found this out as I was driving and the navigation system kept sending me around. Caused some stress and in the end I called to hotel. Their advice: park in the Clemens-August-Strasse and walk a few 100 meter. This was a good tip, but not very practical with my luggage. Would be great if this can be added to the hotel description, other than only 'No parking available'.

Comfortable beds, coffee machine. Hotel is in main street in town center with all amenities around the corner. Our windows were to back yard, so was very quiet in the evening. Good value for money. Very close 5min walk to shuttle bus go to Phantasialand. Train station 10min walk.

Was hot summer days. No fan in the room and curtains very thin, not covering any light from outside, room had huge windows. Other than that, no any other issues.

The location was perfect for visiting Phantasialand. The bed and storage facilities were satisfactory for a short stay! Staff were friendly and checking in was very easy.

The lack of basic facilities like utensils and a mini fridge was unfortunate, though we were aware of this before arrival.

That the wifi didn't work in my room. It was good downstairs in the bar. There was no breakfast but on the other hand there were plenty of excellent breakfast places close by.

Great location in the town of Brühl. Perfect for solo travellers. Easy to get the 985 bus to Phantasialand. Lots of cafes and bakeries nearby for breakfast too. 10 minute walk from Brühl train station also.

Curtains were slightly see through

Huge comfy bed, big windows across side of room that open fully, close to transport links. Central location. Good value compared to other hotels in area.

Shower could be better, did not always get to cprrect heat too quickly.

Finding parking was terrible, though that's nothing the hotel can do about

For those who dont mind a little of noise, couse its a city center, bar bellow its good. cheap.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was very clean. It was everything that we needed.
