Clean room, close to shopping/food/Phantasialand. Large shopping area within a 2 min walk for anything you might forget. Refrigerator was a nice plus. Parking right under hotel (for extra cost). Would stay again (this was our 2nd stay).

Our reservation was for a 2 bedroom, but only got a one bedroom. Other bed was in the common area. Last time we stayed here, we got an actual 2 bedroom (nice for privacy). Only stayed 1 night this time though, so not too bad. Just a warning, the 2 bedroom might get you a room with 1 actual bedroom and a room in the common area with no privacy to it.

Really great staff. I’m a little quirky and they were the best. I’ll always think of them fondly.

We were very lucky to receive an upgrade when we arrived for our 3 night stay. The hotel was easy to get to from Cologne central and even easier to get the bus to phantasialand. It has everything you need nearby, Aldi, restaurants and shops in the little shopping centre next door. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite with ensuites which was amazing and great after a long day at the parks. Super clean and comfortable.

The heat, the rooms can be a little warm and there is no AC. We did get fans in both rooms which did help a little but was right next to the road so sadly could not keep the windows open.

The rooms were so clean, very impressed. Easy to check in late. My room was big and comfortable. There was a safe. The room was lovely and warm and the windows open for fresh air. Soap and shower gel provided. Staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. I checked in late via the machine which gave me my room key. Worked very well. There's a shopping mall next door so even though the hotel doesn't do breakfast, there are shops and cafes 30 seconds away. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived late and there was a vending machine on the ground floor, I was hoping to get water but they didn't have water left and it only took cash, not contactless. But that's the only thing. It was a great stay!

Superb location literally next door to small indoor mall with late opening supermarket. 3 mins walk to tram station ( where park shuttle bus runs from) or 8 mins to main train station ( where we got train to Cologne airport.) Exceptionally clean, comfy and modern. Nespresso coffee machine very welcome. Easy outside checkin machine in English that produces key and receipt. Supermarket a minute away, lovely tasty takeaways and cafes nearby. Right on the Main Street yet quiet rooms. Could not fault this for our trip to Phantasialand, reception lady cheerful and helpful, highly recommend.

Nothing!! Perfect location, room size and comfort. Very clean. Comfy beds, modern bathroom.

There was a powerful Whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom, and also a rain shower, in a separate location and a safe in the room. The windows were sound proof. The bed was very comfortable. They provided a fan for the room. The room and the bathroom were absolutely and exceptionally clean.

There was no fridge in the room and no hot water kettle. The windows were sound proof. The doors to the hall way were not at all sound proof. There was no AC in the room. And no dustbin in the bathroom. They also did not change towels or make beds on a daily basis, but only every other day. Only the dustbin was emptied daily.

Location was great and it had underground parking space for a nominal charge. It is in the town centre with a shopping mall next door - so plenty of options to eat, groceries etc. Room was also fairly decent sized for the 3 of us with a balcony and windows which could be opened

While they provide coffee machine in the room, they could also provide hot water kettle. Luckily, I arrived before 6 pm for checkin and the lady at the desk very kindly provided me with a hot water kettle. So, really not much to complain.

We stayed for a visit to Phantasialand. Don’t bother with the park shuttle from the station, just get a local cab or Uber for around €12 euro each way as it takes you to the entrance and picks up/drops at property doorstep. We loved everything about this property. We were fortunate enough to book the two bedroom apartment. This gave us the flexibility of our child having their own bedroom (AND bathroom!) with a connecting hallway between us, but locked in from the outside corridor. The beds were exceptionally comfy! There is a well designed headboard above the bed for storage, and power sockets in all the best places. Both bedrooms had lovely bathrooms, with complimentary toiletries. We had zero issues with hot water or water flow. There is a lift to all floors - we were third floor. I think most rooms are unique in design, and we loved ours. Safe and secure as is keycard access to building, rooms and corridors. Balconies are common areas, so shared with other rooms, but we didn’t see this as a problem. The hosts on site were fabulous. We enjoyed their hospitality and kindness. Provided good advice and quickly resolved an issue that arose during our stay. WiFi is excellent in all areas. There is a shopping center next door, with lots of shops if you need, plus the eating and dining options only a short walk along the road are super close at Uhlstrabe. Bruhl-Sud tram is just meters away on Pingsdorfer Strabe, and gets you in and out of Bruhl quickly enough with connections frequently. We will definitely be returning to this property. We just really loved Bruhl, Phantasialand and our hosts at RSHotel. It’s each to their own when it comes to experiences and feedback, but we were 10/10 on this property.

This is not something we didn’t like, but something we would like to be fair in our review of. It is no secret that the rooms do not have air conditioning, but how many homes actually have this. Yes it can get warm, but so do most homes in warmer weather that honestly only lasts a few days to a couple of weeks a year. We had fans in our bedrooms, and they did just fine. Believe me, we had 33 degree weather during our stay and after a hot day at Phantasialand we still didn’t find it any more uncomfortable than being at home in the same weather. We know this is subjective, but we really cannot understand why there is such focus on air conditioning not being installed.

Ideal central location in Brühl, situated next door to the shopping centre and a short walk from the tram stop. Large and modern room, and generous bathroom. We arrived overnight so the self service check-in screen was really helpful. The underground parking is reasonably priced and felt safe and well maintained also.

There was a fan provided and nice big windows but the room would have definitely benefited from having air-con to make the stay even more comfortable.

Staff here are amazing. Really friendly, and they answered all the questions I kept sending them on the hotel app really quickly. This hotel is ideal for visiting Phantasialand. A short 10 min walk up the high street and a right turn to where the bus picks you up and drops you off to the theme park. Hotel is really clean, safe and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
