Marc with a C took his job very seriously here. One of the best customer service agents I have ever met. He gave me a 100% on all my requests. The modern style hotel was very close to the train station and the Rhine River. The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Room was large, modern, and spotless. Very quiet and comfortable. Windows open in multiple ways. Breakfast selection and quality were excellent - breakfast room facilities were pleasant. The ownership/management of this hotel is extremely attentive to the needs of their guests. Property appears to be new (constructed within the last 10 (?) years). Excellent value given the size and quality of the facilities (with breakfast included). Additionally, adjacent to the hotel (1 door south), is an excellent bakery/cafe with an outdoor terrace - it's a good spot for a quick lunch. Will definitely select this hotel when visiting the Remagen area in the future. (This review reflected a two-night stay.)

Great location, modern clean and huge room! Staff were also fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help, so friendly and lovely to deal with. Secure safe parking directly under the hotel was also a huge plus.

Not a dislike but if bathroom could have nightlight would be great, main lights in early hours are really bright, walked into the shower in the middle of the night!

Very good location, very friendly staff (not so much the owner/boss but everyone else), secure bicycle storage, solid breakfast, reliable internet, clean.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Rooms spacious and very practical but a bit ‘corporate’/sterile. No safety box in the room.

Conveniently located close to the station, town centre and the river, The interior is clean and modern, the staff are friendly, and there is a good variety of breakfast items available.

The air conditioning was working but was not very effective at reducing the temperature and humidity levels

Nice hotel in a great location between the station and the river. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and generally very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Cleanliness was excellent.

Mattress on bed was far too hard for me and gave me back ache.

Brilliant location in the centre of a pretty little town. Car park was easy once you obtained the access card from reception with lift up to Reception and all floors. A short walk to the river with choice of several good restaurants. Breakfast was typical cold cheese and meat with nice bread from bakery next door and fresh fruit etc.. Small sitting area in Reception for Breakfast and no actual bar but all types of drinks available. Very helpful staff. There was a sauna on the top floor but only open 5-9 pm.

This is a great hotel. Clean. Central location. Staff is very friendly. If the front desk is closed they make sure you can access the room key from outside hotel. Very quiet. Get to breakfast early!

The only this I was disappointed with this stay (and I've stayed 3 times total) was the breakfast went so fast I didn't get to have any of the hot food. It was all gone. Get to breakfast early.

lovely welcome as we were very tired after a days cycling. fabulous clean room and very comfortable. we enjoyed drinks on the terrace, i had a lovely local white wine which was very enjoyable. the breakfast also was superb with a superb selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts and continental breakfast. it was all delicious before setting off for the day on our bikes. Which incidentally were locked up in a very secure room. Would definitely like to stay again.
