The location was good, really in the center. The parking place was away just couple of minutes of drive. Friendly stuff..we were given full information how to find *weinguts* We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out.

I would have preferred the sauna would have been opened longer than 19.30 as at the end it was a spa town or there should have been more information how it should be arranged.

Great buffet style breakfast and good coffee as well. The staff knows their stuff and are friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor and indoor restaurant/bar space, very calming due to the Aquarium, could read a book all day there.

AC usage costs extra.

The staff at Hotel Krupp was very friendly. When we were at the bar, they told us about the floods a few years ago which have devastated the hotel. Now, the hotel has been completely refurbished and renovated. Fotos of the floods can be found around the hotel.

There was no parking space around the hotel, as the street was closed. We would like to be better informed about this, as we were searching for hours.

Staff is extremely friendly. The remodeled dining area is very nice and modern. The breakfast buffet is one of my favs.

Rooms are a little dated. But we understand they are starting to update them. So as the rooms get updated, this place is going to shine!

Very good location - very close to the city centre but also away from the noise and bustle. Very friendly and professional staff who found ways to help and support.
