Location, view from balcony, breakfast and staff excellent. The ferry service ran every few minutes until midnight so you can easily go to the historic town of linz across the Rhine. Worth the extra as its in a cracking location. I read a few reviews of people not happy with service or similar which of course is up to them. My family's experience has been very excellent in fact we have booked to stay again on our way back home. Btw breakfast with immediate views of the Rhine is special.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed during our 3 week Rhine River trip! Fantastic river view, great food (breakfast and dinner), super friendly and helpful staff! The hotel also has many interesting artwork on display, make you feel like walk through a gallery. Above all, it was very reasonably priced! We really enjoyed our stay, and strongly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant; efficient check-in/out. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a thoughtful touch of complimentary sweets and mineral water. Spacious free parking and a nice location on the side of the Rhine River with great views. Although it’s not my first time here, I always enjoy their breakfast with a good variety!

the hotel was comfortable and very clean in communal arras. We paid for a suite and it was worth the extra with lots of space and modern facilities. Great balcony overlooking the Rhein. Excellent continental breakfast plus bacon and eggs. Staff were very friendly. We would have given this hotel an excellent rating if it wasn't for the the poor chambermaiding.

Very poor chambermaiding. Foliage and a bottle cap that were on the balcony when we arrived were still there a week later! Shampoos, soaps and drinking water etc. were not replenished over our entire stay, even when empty and as we were there for a whole week we certainly needed our own by the end. the floor felt dusty and grittier as the week wore on.

Fabulous room especially the bathroom. Huge! Amazing views over the Rhein which you could even watch from the bed. Brilliant breakfast.

Towels weren’t in great condition. Shame considering it was the best bathroom.

Helpful pleasant staff, modern clean hotel. The room was a bit hot, and the heating display wouldn’t go below 19. When I mentioned it in the morning, I was told I could’ve asked at reception.

Very neat and new. Food is good. Also for dinner.

Extra beds for kids were terrible. Ended us sharing our bed with kids. Hope they will fix it. Looking back it would have been a deal breaker. Please check before you travel with small kids.

Dinner and breakfast were very good. Easy access from the car park, friendly staff. Very comfortable good sized room.

All was good, suited our requirements perfectly.
