Beautiful place. The young lady in the restaurant was very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was missed because I had to leave earlier.

The place is beautiful. The room is good, clean and nice.

When I arrived at 10pm, no one was in the building. Even though I received a confirmation that late arrival was accepted. If the very nice lady who lives there doesn't help, I'd still be standing there looking for my keys at the front desk. The next day, the owner forgot to apologize for the inconvenience. Of course he billed the full price. I think that was the last time I slept there. The breakfast was just up to par.

The location is great!The hotel is surrounded by trees and it is very quiet. Fresh air and a great view. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the portions were big. The breakfast was also OK. The receptionist and the waitresses were polite and professional. The free parking was a nice addition.

The double room (we were given the key for room 204) didn’t correspond to the description/photos presented in Booking. The room was dark and small. In addition, the sink was damaged. There was no balcony or terrace, no sofa, no free toiletries, no alarm clock, no bottle of water. My husband and I usually like to sit on the balcony in the evening talking and enjoying the weather/ view. That is why I spoke with the owner and ask her if we could be moved to a room with balcony. She was extremely rude and said that the rooms with balcony are assigned only to people who stay for 3 or more nights in the hotel. There was nowhere a disclaimer when we booked the room. The balcony was stated in the description. I asked politely how this issue could be resolved and she rudely responded that she couldn’t do it and it was not her problem. She even turned her back and left the room. I was shocked of her behavior. We later noticed that there were rooms with balcony that were not occupied that night. We had dinner in the restaurant and noticed that the owner was going from one table to another greeting the guests and asking them questions politely. At one point she had to pass near our table, but she didn’t even look at us. She just missed demonstratively our table and went to the next one. Her action definitely made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We visited more that 40 countries in the world so far, but we have never been treated this way. All people/guests should be treated equally. All people, regardless of their nationality, culture, religion or the language they speak, should be respected. We may not remember the name of the owner/hotel in the future, but we will definitely have this unpleasant memory in Germany. Our suggestion to the hotel: Please make the necessary changes in Booking, so the description of the rooms is correct. The rooms with or without balcony should be clearly distinguished (even if this would reflect the price).

The staff was Hungarian just like we are and we had a great time there because of them.

The outside environment was not clean as axpected.
