Host/hostess were extremely nice and they explained everything to us (keys/parking/breakfast, etc). Breakfast was good with a wide array of foods. The home is very clean. There was an opportunity to join the other guest on the large covered patio. The owner has a refrigerator full of drinks (water/beers/sodas) that can be purchased at a very nominal cost. We had a room with a shared bathroom. It was located below the main entrance level (but had a large window that opened). I noticed another below room on our level had a small patio. There are 3 rooms on our level that share a bath (another toilet is available 1 level up). I saw a group of bicyclist who stayed that evening were able to keep their bikes in a locked garage or space. Hot water/ water pressure was excellent.

The wifi was not effective in our room. It was very warm in our room and the room would be better with a fan. (It reached a temperature of 28 outside the day we were there.)

The overall feeling of Haus Hillderbrand was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful in every way possible and ensured that the stay was relaxed and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fans for hot days. Tea and coffee were available in the room and plenty of bottles of various kinds in the fridge in the dining room for 1euro regardless of the type of drink. Dining was a mixed bag of meat or cereal,bread ect and was very nicely presented. Overall a really nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend Haus Hillderbrand for long or short stays..

Its a nice accomodation and the owners are friendly.

Its not a hotel with reception so check your emails its there you get the code to get in thru the front door and that worked. But the code to the room dident work but after some time we found the owner next door. We got help to order a taxi to go to a restaurant but after 30 min waiting they had to call because they forgot the first time. So a bit unlucky but it worked out in the end. Its all very fresh and clean room 7 was perfect for us.

Great location, close to a bus stop. The room was big an clean. The staff was very kind. They communicated very in German and English when I needed it.

After 10pm there was some construction work noises in one of the rooms. So it was hard to sleep until it stopped at midnight. Other than that, the stay was good.

Very clean and quiet. Dining room and outside area available for use. Large room and comfortable bed.

A distance out of Remagen. Could phone order in food and menus were left out but nowhere to eat locally on a Sunday.

Nice room with a balcony, good comfortable beds and a quiet location outside Bad Honnef. Excellent breakfast with all fresh foods you can think of. Nice family owners

Nothing really....except you need a car for reaching city and Rhine area

A very over complicated lock arrangement, guests expected to download an app to access their rooms! Fortunately the staff were helpful and real keys made available :-)

We chose Haus Hillebrand as the midway point on a long journey across Europe. Christian and his family gave us a warm welcome, and excellent advice on a good walk to reach a Portuguese restaurant on the shore of the Rhine, which was also perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and well equipped room with a modern interior. Everything looked new. Friendly owner who welcomed me.
