A truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, on the banks of the Rhine, I was able to walk along the sand....heaven. The hotel is beautiful, the terrace for breakfast was lovely. The breakfast was 5 star. I absolutely loved it. My phone charger broke and I didn't have time to go to shops, staff gave me hotel charger to borrow and next day asked me again if I needed it. Staff were lovely, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this gorgeous hotel enough.

The location is very good, in front of Rhine River. The whole area is quiet and the visitors have the chance for a nice walk in from of the bank of Rhine. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice bar and lounge available aslo for visitors. The atmosphere is warm, ideal place to drink a glass of wine etc after a difficult day. It is easy to find parking place in front or in the same square which the hotel is.

In my room the table was not clean well. The price of 150 € per night was an expensive for the small room like 16 m2 without table! Fortunately the staff of the Hotel upgrade my room and gave a much bigger room with two spaces but without view in the Rhine.

The decor was very tasteful and atmosphere very welcoming. We arrived at night, but the next morning the breakfast in the dining room was wonderful, with a variety of juices, teas and coffees. The rooms were quaint, and accommodating enough for two people for a night.

At the time, the river had flooded causing the main road to be blocked, we had to drive thru a residential area to get to the hotel.

A lovely small hotel, in an outer suburb of Koln. No problems parking the car in the road very near. 20mins walk to the train station, with easy train journey to centre of Cologne. Staff were very helpful in explaining how to use the trains. Very good restaurant 10 mins walk away overlooking the Rhine.

Absolutely everything! Perfect stay in a perfect location. From our welcome at the reception, drinks at the bar ,breakfast on the terrace, to our farewell....could not fault a thing. Wished our stay was longer!

Nothing to dislike at all.

Good hotel location if you are with a car: relatively close to the Cologne center, yet calm and really beautiful riverside. Clean hotel & rooms, easy findable parking space on site.

Actually there was nothing to complain about. Neither about the hotel, nor about the staff, location or anything else. Thanks for good accomoation.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is a charming place with lovely views. The parking is free, and it is easy to find a spot.

The whirlpool wasnot working, which was upsetting.

this place is right on the river with excellent views and walking trails We enjoyed the breakfast and the relaxed ambience of the hotel. the staff were helpful and courteous. We felt very much at home

There was a very beautiful bar with al the booze to make coctails the did in the past but not anymore the coudn't even make an Italian coffee that was a shame

Strangely, there was no kettle for coffee in the room. They should consider providing it along with coffee and tea, as it is a very basic need.
