Good location if wanting a short drive to the cathedral. Easy walking distance to local shops, bakeries and meat shops. Excellent breakfast!

The room was reasonably nice and the hotel was well situated for the park and ride for us to park our car, and use the tram to get into the city centre. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby, really recommend Primo Piano.

The breakfast was not very well varied, and the restaurant was closed both evenings for dinner there, which was a shame. However we did find an excellent restaurant nearby. The bathroom was a little dated as well and looked unclean although I don't think it was.

Garage parking, room comfort, location and staff helpfulness were all good.

There was no restaurant available for evening meal, even though the booking.com listing states that there is. This is becoming our normal experience and it is frustrating. I am not sure whether to blame the hotel or booking.com but listings on the site should reflect the facilities offered by the hotel and they often don't.

Very good location in the center of Rodenkirchen and two minutes walk to the Straßenbahn that takes you directly to the center od Cologne. Our room was facing the back garden and very quiet. Our double room was spacious with a large bathroom and plenty of closet space. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was good, staff was friendly and everyone spoke fluent English which made it really easy for us to communicate in all aspects. Comfortable beds and really big pillows. Also the coffee machine in the room was a really good add-on.

Nothing much to say, if I have to pick something I guess it's the fact that you only get 4 capsules for coffee, but to be fair I didn't ask whether I can get more.

Room and breakfast was great, the check in lady was really kind and helpful.

Only thing that bothered us slightly was that it’s stating on booking.com that the checkout time is 12 but we have the housekeeping lady knocking on our door at 11:15 saying we have to pay more if we stayed another 10 minutes as check out was 11.. so that was a bit confusing but overall everything else was fine.

Nice and peaceful design at the restaurant. Room was big with terrace. Even if quite far from city center, the location was good, close to the tram stop

The one big bed was in reality 2 small together, too easy to move around. Also weird smell in the room like if it was closed since long time, however it was clean. They didn't come the morning after to fix the bedroom.

The room was impeccable - well equipped and spotlessly clean. Every little detail had been thought of. Staff, on the whole, were very helpful.

Although the weekday staff were very polite and efficient, I felt the weekend staff probably needed more briefing: my Sunday evening welcome was not a particularly warm one and the person on reception seemed confused about the amount I needed to pay for my stay; prior to checking out on the following Saturday morning, a member of staff came into my room - without knocking on the door - wanting to know if I was leaving that day as she needed to clean the room.

Peaceful neighbourhood, very friendly and professional staff, great breakfast and spacious room, beautiful experience!! The only slightly negative thing would be the distance from the city center, although the neighbourhood is super peaceful!
