Everything was beautiful - decor was lovely and modern, bathroom and bedsheets were clean. It's an apartment-style hotel so there is no 'reception' desk, but the staff were very responsive by email. Location was very central with lots of things in walking distance, but also lots of buses and trams nearby too.

The only point I will take off is for the thin windows. The hotel sits next to a busy street and it was quite noisy. Even with the windows locked and curtains drawn, it sounded similar to a window being open. There were lots of sirens also (suspect it's near a police station or hospital), but I would suggest bringing earplugs if you find it hard to sleep with noise.

The host Marc was wonderful and helpful. Easy access to trams and short ride in to the city centre. Large comfortable bed and a great power shower. Nicely presented apartment.

Limited space by the kitchen area. We had the loft apartment which had a metal ladder to climb to access the second bedroom. The ladder was uncomfortable to climb up in bare feet. My daughter had to wear shoe each time to climbed up and down it. Ladder needs to be padded for comfort.

All the information needed to access the site and use the facilities was provided by the manager upfront. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. Public transport is easily accessible.

The internet was occasionally slow and unstable on certain days. I reported that to the manager at the end of my stay. I found the mattress a bit softer than what I'm used to.

very clean and cute room and facility. Remote check-in was possible due to my late arrival and all access is granted with an access code. Clean bathroom with warm floors, that gave an extra coziness to the feel. Small kitchen available. "Attic bed" would be very fun for kids that can safely climb wall stairs (on your own risk, ofc). Not sure weather the location is ok for others since i was working nearby. But you can judge the location on maps based on your needs by yourself. Totally recommended.

The room was amazing! Clean,colorful, and equipped with all we needed in the kitchen. The kids had the loft area up top and loved the decor and space to themselves. It's definitely a fun and family-friendly environment. Its 5min away from the train and very close to downtown. Our room also had a balcony, and the view was wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone. Room looks better in person

Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff, I arrived early in the morning and they let me check in at 10 am and helped with the luggage.

The only missing thing was the a/c, as it was very hot during my stay. There was a fan available, which should normally be enough.

This is a great option for anyone on a business or pleasure trip to Bonn, as it is a very functional apartment in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. It is just a few minutes by tram to the World Conference Center and under 20 minutes to the city center. The place is adjacent to a walking connection to the trail - Rheintag - along the Rhine and into the forests/ vineyards on the hills above the river.

Nearby dining isn't the very best, but there is a pleasant restaurant 2 minutes away, a small bakery across the street and a convenience story.

The apartment is better than pictures. Very pretty and spacious, facilities are there, near two train/tram stations, good bakery nearby, great kitchen facilities, balcony for morning view, warm, super clean toilet, and very kind staff. You can buy coins for laundry through the staff. All you need for long stay. Quite neighbourhood and not see restaurant around, but you can cook and buy groceries just in the city center.

Absolutely no complaints. 1 small practical tip: as a foreigner it wasn’t self evident to recognise the recycling bin colours in the room. In the common area the colours were explained on a poster (nice, thanks!) - would be good to have a the same in the rooms :-)

The studio was a great size and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a fan, and the view from the balcony was great. There was a tram stop less than 4mins from the building, which was convenient!

My room was on the topmost floor, and there were no elevators, making carrying my luggage challenging, but the staff helped me bring it up the stairs.
