The service was exceptional at the lobby, in the breakfast/dining areas and also the cleaning staff were amazing. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel itself was beautiful with very many facilities and a very clean look. The pool was also great, but what was the absolute best was the breakfast buffet. Exceptional! The staff here also went above and beyond. I loved every minute of my stay.

The only downsides for us was the speed of staff at the Piano Bar at night, there were not very many guests and it took a really long time. Also the drinks didn't come at the same time for us and one of the staff was slightly rude to us. The other thing is the bodywash/shampoo in the rooms, it had a really weird smell. But that wasn't really an issue as we brought our own. These are both not a reason for lowering my score though.

The staff were Amazing, very reactive and responsive towards any question or concern that we had. Very clean rooms, with a wonderful view, I have to talk about the golden elevators, I think that was a very elegant touch. The overall stay was motivating to comeback.

I didn’t like the fact that we went there because of the pool inside and I even called before to make sure that the pool is available, but once we reached we did our check-in and immediately afterwards we were faced with the news that the pool is no available starting from that exact moment of our check-in without offering any compensation or even excuses, we paid the full amount for our stay even though the pool was not available, I booked one extra room for a friend that came with us, he couldn’t find any towels at his room, when he requested to have a towel they told him that he will have to pay for it. A part from those two incidents that I believe the hotel can improve on I think I will stay again with them and I highly recommend it.

A very clean hotel, definitely above standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and very cozy pillows. Although it is a bit outside the city center, transportation was easy since we had a car, and the metro station is just about 50 meters away on foot. The hotel feels very safe. The piano bar is a fun spot to enjoy a drink in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

The room was very big, plenty of towels and amenities. Room cleaning done daily which is so appreciated but missing in so many hotels. This is a very good point for the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The sauna and the swimming pool are really nice.

The WI-FI did not properly work in the room, it went down often. It was very hot in the room during the night, we had to open the window in order to be able to sleep. Could not find a way to turn down the heat. The prices for the Breakfast (25 EUR/person) and dinner were pretty high.

The hotel is beautiful. Everywhere was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. Food was nice - and kitchen served until 10 pm which was great for us given we were late. Breakfast although pricey at €24pp was very good, lots of variety including a reasonable amount of vegan options. Once you work out the local transport, the fact you are out if the centre is no problem. I stupidly left behind my oura ring charger - I contacted the hotel to ask if they could check the room. They spoke with housekeeping and called me back next day to let me know it had been found and then posted to me - more great customer service.

It was a good stay overall. The room was spacious, and I really enjoyed the great breakfast, sauna, and swimming pool. The fact that the swimming pool closes at midnight is a great feature.

The downside was that the room's isolation wasn't very good; you could hear all the noise from the hallways. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room as well. And I found the parking payment way too expensive for guests, there should be a special price for a 3 night stay it makes it very hard.

I came on holiday with my children and grandchildren as an elderly grandmother with some walking difficulties, and this hotel was perfect for me. It is very comfortable and easily accessible with flat surroundings, and there’s a lovely riverside path nearby for gentle walks. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were always helpful and friendly, and my room was spotless. Thanks

The Maritim is a reliable and strong choice in Bonn - whilst the building and atmosphere is a little 'old school' and feels a little dated, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the pool, gym and outdoor space are nice touches too. I really enjoy my stays there, and know I'll get what I expect.

This time, the fridge in my room didn't work. However, the kind staff at the Maritim let me keep all of my items in their fridge in reception, which was nice of them! So, one small blip, but they handled it beautifully.

Friendly staff, big nice hotel, not outdated but still looking good. Room was very clean and cozy, enough space for clothes, very nice (hard) beds, bathroom good enough. About 50 free parking spaces outside directly next to the hotel, but also parking garage 25 euro a night available. Pool is nice, not super warm but warm enough after a minute of swimming. Breakfast very good choices, everything fresh and lots of things available. Good coffee. Room service is 4,50 euro per service available if you’d like breakfast in the room or tea in the evening for example. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was that the room was a bit stuffy, you can open the window but the road (where its 70 km p/h) and tram road is noticeably loud. We had no issues sleeping with window open, but be ware of this. Other side of hotel may be less loud. When window is closed, room is super quiet.

The reception and cleaning staff are excellent. Very warm and welcoming. Rooms are neat and clean. Extremely comfortable beds. We were in a family room and it was much bigger than we expected. Certainly bigger and much more cozy than it looked in the pictures. Parking underground was also really convenient. The public transport a few steps away is also very useful to get in and out of the city center. All in all highly recommended if you want parking, breakfast and a swimming pool

They acted like they did us a big favour by seating us, even though we had made a reservation. Next morning at breakfast they refused to let us sit at a table for 6, though there were plenty of single folks sitting on a table of 4. We were 4 of us. Anyways things like this make you feel discriminated and judged at their restaurants. I'd suggest to go out unit the city to eat which is much better quality and variety of food anyways.
