We stayed at the property to visit Phantasialand and the botanical garden in Bonn. The aparthotel is very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed—microwave/oven combo, stovetop, a spacious fridge—making it comfortable even for a longer stay. Each morning, we received for a breakfast a generous breakfast "lunch box" with more than enough food to skip lunch! Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean and well-maintained. The entire complex and surrounding area were calm, quiet, and spotless. A special thank you to Nino, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I liked the rooms and everything in it. The Staffs were nice and respectful and helpful. Nino is also a receptionist he was also a nice person and respectful. The other staff lady was the same. They looked low on Staff and was bit stressing for them. I wish them all the best.

The Pillows. They were uncomfortable. These type of Pillow was difficult to sleep on. Buying a more stronger type of pillows that can hold a person's head and not sink in it. That would be much better.

AC was very poor - didn't work properly, just hot air, unable to sleep. No staff in the hotel

Really nice apartment. Clean and relaxing. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and bumpy. Plenty of parking. Rooms were hot but they provide an air conditioning unit. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed the local Haribo supermarket! Staff really friendly and breakfast was basic but good.

We liked the fact that the check-in was automatic using the touch-screen in the entrance, and thus we didn't have to stress to be there at a specific time.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Nino. Thank you! The room was super large and could have hosted up to 4 people, there was a kitchen with fridge and some refreshments (Haribo, apples, candy, sparkling water, etc.). Quiet and good value! I slept well on the mattress. For breakfast, a breakfast box with some very nice items is served. Love the privacy.

I think the shower head served its time- I could still shower with abundant water, but it kept moving to the side and got the floor a little wet, together with having a shower curtain it was a little bit impractical. I would still come again!

Very nice hotel , clean, quiet and I had very good sleep, for sure I will come again in a few months.

Nice accomodations, well located, and the staff was really nice. They even got a treat for my dog at breakfast. Thank you to Nino and the rest of the staff!

The apartment was neat, light. Had a lovely view on the mountains. Definitely huge advantage of this apartment is a kitchen especially while considering restaurants and shops opening hours in Germany. So even working late or Sundays you can make some decent diner. There are two supermarkets nearby to get all you need and gas station for late snacks. It is just next to bus stop so traveling around the city could not be easier. Breakfast was just perfect. Room was cosy, food was great had a lot of vegetarian options. Staff was just wonderful and helpful offering even possibility of vegan options.
