Really nice apartment. Clean and relaxing. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and bumpy. Plenty of parking. Rooms were hot but they provide an air conditioning unit. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed the local Haribo supermarket! Staff really friendly and breakfast was basic but good.

We liked the fact that the check-in was automatic using the touch-screen in the entrance, and thus we didn't have to stress to be there at a specific time.

Very nice hotel , clean, quiet and I had very good sleep, for sure I will come again in a few months.

The apartment was neat, light. Had a lovely view on the mountains. Definitely huge advantage of this apartment is a kitchen especially while considering restaurants and shops opening hours in Germany. So even working late or Sundays you can make some decent diner. There are two supermarkets nearby to get all you need and gas station for late snacks. It is just next to bus stop so traveling around the city could not be easier. Breakfast was just perfect. Room was cosy, food was great had a lot of vegetarian options. Staff was just wonderful and helpful offering even possibility of vegan options.

It was perfect for us, a family of four with two small children (4 years old and 6 months). The room was spacious and offered two double beds for a very good price. Included even a small kitchen and private bathroom. Breakfast was in the room and a good variety of options, also ideal considering we stopped here for the night while travelling and this type of breakfast was very convenient time wise. Lovely service from Nino at the reception in the morning, but also very convenient 24-hour service via a code as we arrived fairly late (~22h).

The location with free parking, also easy access to public transport right in front of the building. Furthermore, there's a nice walking path to the old town, 5.5 km, only away. The bed was comfortable. the kitchen looks good although I didn't use it. The setting of the breakfast room is nice and cosy.

The size and setting of the shower need some improvement, it's not easy to shower, and it's tight shampoo and soap can't be placed inside, making the showering experience uncomfortable even for people with an average shape. Breakfast is well presented, although there's some room for improvement e.g. water temperature for tea. Without entering into too many details. The staff on the telephone and onsite was okay, but the owner needs to improve their personal development (Emotional intelligence and a more customer-focused attitude) If it wasn't for these points the place would deserve a 5 start+

Only thing that was not so good was the water pressure in the shower. It was so small that I couldn’t wash my hair.
