Big rooms, sauna, outdoor heated swimming pool, and good options for eating. It's a luxury hotel. Their choice of handwash, shampoo and shower gel is good. Good quality of the bed and pillows. Free use of the crib was a plus. The view of the river from the room and also from the outdoor pool was fantastic.

The bar chairs inside the room were not stable at all. The hotel needs to check the furniture, lights, and mirrors since our room also had a broken mirror. Parking was expensive.

The only down side was there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel where I’ve seen the advert on the wall and called the room services to order food, however the person who answered said they dont have any of the japenese food and that the will bring us the menu, it took them 4 calls 2 hours to bring their menu to the room and the menu had completely different restaurant name on it. The japenese restaurant was called Yunico and it was on the 5th floor. No one at the room services were doing their job properly to be honest, so I never ordered anything. There was also a really bad smell in our room that did not go away after turning the aircon on for 5 hours

Pretty location, very attentive staff, good food options within the hotel.

Unfortunately the room (we had a room facing the inner courtyard) was way too hot all the time. We got a standing AC to supplement which was delivered promptly but this makes it overall not good value for money. Even with the standing AC the room was roasting and the hallway was cool , so they are able to regulate temperature just not within the room? Hotel needs to sincerely look into this issue it's not normal for such a fancy hotel to not be able to regulate the temperature.

The hotel is rather on the luxury side, despite the fact that time passing over some facilities is showing. I got a room upgrade to a junior suite with river view and it was very nice. Room heating is very effective and fast. Toiletries are of good quality. Free access to the spa for guests is always nice and the view from the pool is quite charming. Two dry saunas and a steambath make it worth spending a few hours there. The gym is minimal but clean and the machines seem in good shape. Didn't try it, just had a quick look at it.

Own restaurants were closed but we were directed by the concierge to restaurants very close nearby where we had a good meal.

Great location, new-well fitted, nice bathroom and shower, comfy bed. Great food in Ludwig restaurant. Great towels and pillows. Nice rooftop pool if not busy.

Light switches require an operating manual and training session. Getting up for nature call in night required iphone torch to get about. Garage/ parking cost expensive. No sink plug in washbasin, I wet shave and had to keep tap running-waste of water and environmentally unfriendly. Noisy room adjacent to atrium bar when customers chatting late in evening

room was excellent, the bar staff and restaurant staff were great.

At check-in i tried to reserve the sushi restaurant, but i was scoffed at, and told give me your number and if you get in we will call. I felt like i was at an audition...jooking aside, i know its busy but there is a nicer way to put it. I also ordered room service for lunch. The prices are very high (ended up being €40 for a buger and chips and a coke zero), but you can sort of make your piece that its room service. however the issue was that i was told it would be 10-15 minutes, and after 35 minutes i called down and was told it was on its way. It arrived cold and the burger was soggy (yet actually still tasty), but for €40 you would hope it would still be fresh. Only minor issues, but wanted to share. Wouldnt put me off staying again

Sauna, steam very good temperatures. Window opens to let in fresh air. excellent playground for kids. Bathtub in room. Room was quiet. Pool quite small and got very crowded on the weekend.

Air-conditioning very weak. duvets were much to heavy weight for summer! Reception desk was seriously understaffed on the busy weekend. Staff in general were not especially well-trained. Garage parking is expensive. Decor is a bit "in your face". Saturday evening lobby area had a dj: it was loud.

The rooftop swimming pool and spa area is fantastic. Breakfast is above expectations with a.o. salmon, fresh fruit, large selection of vegetables. The decoration is superb throughout the hotel - neoclassic and chic. The room itself (a junior suite) was spacious and cosy. Mood lighting is very advanced. We appreciated the free minibar with local juices/beers.

The sauna area is closed in the morning, only the swimming pool is open. For those of us who are working a morning sauna would be nice.

Fancy hotel with stylish decor and some great facilities (spa, roof pool, fitness center, bars, restaurant, ...). Room was modern, clean, well-appointed, and had some nifty tricks such as the "moon-light" over the bed. We got a good deal, so the price seemed very reasonable.

The climate control does not keep the room cool enough. With the hotel being all glass it can get really warm in the summer, especially if you are in a south-facing room. We had to open the windows at night and get a swamp-cooler from the reception in order to be able to sleep.

It is a designer hotel, so it's different, The location is excellent. It is very close to where I needed to be. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer. Reception had a difficult time to find a twin bedroom (my choice). All rooms with twins had been joined and it was not easy to separate.Took time to separate and redo the beds whilst customer waits.
