I enjoyed how clean the hotel is and how friendly the hotel staff was. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. They were happy to help call for pizza delivery and other things. There are supermarkets nearby and the hotel also sells some snacks, although more healthy options would have been great to have.

It's too bad that there is no mini fridge or AC in the rooms. The hotel is helpful enough to store goods in a shareable fridge, but it's always convenient to have cold water in the room for example. The AC would have been good during the heatwave days (of around 35 celsius outside)..

The facilities were good, staff were excellent, room was very clean and kept well by housekeeping. If I had one gripe, it would be paying for coffee in the morning, I would have thought one maybe included in the room price. But, it is what it is, other than that, it was excellent all round.

As stated above, if I had only one gripe, it would be that there was a charge for coffee, I would have expected that one may have been included in the room cost like most other hotels, however, this isn't a deal breaker the hotel was great with everything you needed.

We stayed here over the weekend, and I think more than us, our French Bulldog Enzo enjoyed the stay and service! He had a special food and water bowl for him in the room arranged by the Hotel. The sweetest thing was the housekeeping even arranged his dog bed that we had brought for him to sleep on when they came to clean the room ( we didn't ask them to do this , so we really thought it was a heartwarming gesture). We are definitely coming back here to stay whenever we come visit Bonn!

The room, bed, and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. I especially appreciated the large windows and the range of amenities provided. Breakfast was fresh and tasty – a great start to the day. There’s really not much to complain about. The location is a bit inconvenient, but still acceptable considering the overall quality – especially for business trips. Definitely a solid choice if you don’t mind being slightly outside the city center.

The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good especially for what seemed to me like quite a small hotel. It is a quiet residential area, so not a lot of noise any time of day.

Location wise there is not much around, so there are not a lot of option to get food. Also no fridge in the room to store any bought food, that was the only thing I was missing in the room.

Clean room. Sound proofing, there was love music in the lobby close to our room and we didn’t hear a thing in the room. We notified the hotel that our dog would be joining us, they provided food and water bowls. Comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure of the shower was perfect. Good breakfast buffet

Very pleasant hotel with large and modern rooms. The shower was great and the room very clean in general. Tasty breakfast buffet, not oversized but with everything you need. I also liked that the hotel has environmentally-friendly policies.

The location is a bit out of the way, but still easily reachable by public transport.

Staff were excellent, so courteous and helpful. Breakfast wasnt very good. Only hot food was the scrambled egg and it was terrible, no bacon, no sausages and no facility to make toast.For the price of the breakfast it was very disappointing.

Poor and expensive breakfast lets down the hotel. No proper bar with limited selection of alcohol being served at reception. The plus points of the hotel compensate for the other minor shortcomings.

the beds... what is wrong with Germans and their innate need for having double beds consisting of two separate mattresses and coming with two separate blankets?

Was recommended the hotel by a colleague; the room is excellent; walk-in shower which I like, but no bath. Lack of bath not a problem for me. I like that I was able to make the room totally dark and quiet. Parking easy and plentiful. No tea/coffee in room but 24hr access to coffee machine in restaurant. Hotel is 700m from the world's biggest HARIBO shop!!!!!! This could cause folk to check their baggage allowance :)

There's no evening restaurant and it's in a residential area, so you need to think about where you're going to eat.
