What a hidden gem! While the street entrance can initially come off as a little sketchy (the hotel is located on the top of a parking structure), once you travel to the sixth (top) floor lobby, you're greated by a incredible oasis in the city with an open air courtyard as well as some balcony space. The staff was friendly, professional and will to store our bags (as we arrived early after a river cruise). The room was clearly the highlight here, one of the most spacious rooms I seem in Europe, which included a tremendous amount of seating (via what could be termed as a very well built picnic table with bench seating), a functional bathroom, air conditioning and even a small refrigerator to store cold drinks. The balancy was nice to look at; unfortunately it rained both days we were in the city. The location can't be beat, with a Rewe market just outstide the front door and a U-Bahn terminal just steps away. On top of that, we were only a 15 minute walk (through old town) from the Cathedral. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Köln.

Not much to say here. We had absolutely no issues during our stay.

The three person room was excellent, large, comfortable, with good beds and a good bathroom. The location is central, if a little hard to find at first, and is truly accessible, elevator, no stairs. The wifi worked, the shower was good, there were enough towels. This is a comfortable place to stopover, and good value for money.

It was hard to find from the street address. The entrance was often crowded with people using the car park, so the wait for the elevator could be long. Otherwise, this was basic but good.

Location was perfect, the hotel was clean and pretty, the room itself was perfect! At first I was afraid what the room would look like because I read alot of negative reviews about the hotels in Köln overall. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the room was! And having a room with balcony for that price is unbeatable factor!

Absolutely nothing bad to say.

This is one of the most cosy places I've ever been to actually. The staff was extremely caring, the breakfast simple yet delicious, the room warm and spacious. Also it's close to Kölner Dom so it's easy to get anywhere in the city. My staying here was overall great and I highly recommend this place.

These are gripes, but my room could use an extra extension cord and better sound isolation. I was unlucky enough to get a snoring guy in the next room and couldn't go to sleep for five extra minutes because of that.

Great value for money! Amazing location, close to the train station and the places to visit. The staff were friendly, there were a few changes from our side and they all were accomodated smoothly. The room was clean and spacious.

A mini fridge in the room could have been nice.

Loved everything about this place! Excellent value for money, best location near Heumarkt and supermarket underneath. Easy to locate and the room was spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day was a nice touch. Slept well, beds comfy and hotel quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Loved everything

. Very nice room in a very nice location. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is excellent. The hotel is actually a single floor in a mall/parking building, with a big supermarket on the ground floor. The metro station is within meters from the hotel and the shopping area is around the corner. The old town and the cathedral are within walking distance.

Perfect location for anyone, who wants to explore the city centre of Cologne. The hotel is located close to the shopping district of the city, where you can get by foot, and to the Heumarkt tram station, which allows you take a tram to go to further places. Cathedral is in 15 minutes. The owner and stuff are good, speak multiple languages (English included) and are open to various cultures.

Central location, very clean. Welcoming staff. Good facilities. Very quiet. Great air con. Comfy beds though pillows too big. Excellent value for money and onsite parking very convenient. 19 euros but the cost of total stay was very good. Great shower too.

The hotel was great! Very central location, but quiet. The room was pretty big and very clean, with a nice balcony and had everything we need (even disposable house slippers). The staff was very friendly. Parking in the same building for just 15 € per day. All in all best value for money :)
