Centrally located, walking distance from the train station, all amenities are on the doorstep. The facade of the building stands out from the rest, and it is equally pleasant inside. Friendly and attentive owner, Mario, kindly picked me up from the train station in his car. The hotel is very clean and cosy, great choice for breakfast (hot and cold), fantastic service. The restaurant next door, I believe, is also run by the same family, offers delicious Croatian food. The interior of the restaurant is as delightful as the service; big portions at very reasonable prices; good wine too.

Very friendly, helpful and encouraging. Very good listeners. Very nice building and staircases. Comprehensive breakfast. Made special purchases for my vegan diet. No extra charge. Convenient location for Leverkisen town centre and fairly near to the train station. Probably should be a four star hotel not three.

My only main suggestion would be to have one room or a few rooms with a bath to help guests relax before stressful events and travel; shampoo and conditioner in the shower cubicle would be helpful too

The staff at the hotel was friendly to a degree that is rarely seen these days. Both at the reception upon arrival and the following morning at the breakfast restaurant. Excellent service, where I was asked if I would like any other type of egg than was already there, then they would gladly make it. I didn't have to ask, they asked first. To me that is a great sign of excellent service. Well done -and I would gladly be back.

Lovely and super friendly staff! It is located in a more quiet town near to Cologne, around 25 to 30 minutes drive away. We had a very lovely conversation with Georgia and Mario, who gave us tips about where to eat, what we can visit. It is family owned and hence feels much more cosy, relaxed than the big hotel chains. The breakfast buffet was splendid! We got freshly cooked scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes/avocados/fruits/bread and we felt pampered by Mario who kept coming around asking if we need more coffee or anything else. Wonderful people!

We chose this hotel based on prior clients’ evaluations for our stay in Düsseldorf and can only highly recommend it as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is one of the best we ever had: a lot of choice and everything is good, fresh and nicely displayed. Last but not least: the friendliness of hotel staff. They really go above and beyond to meet your needs - always with a smile !

Welcoming and friendly host. The Hotel is well located, very clean and confortable. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variaties. There is even a parking space! The host is just extremely nice, he guided us to the parking, served us coffee and indicated what to go visit in the area :) In this Christmas period, Hotel Arkade is the best choice!

The hotel is family owned with exceptional hospitality and service. We were warmly received and booked Dinner at their restaurant next door and breakfast for us. This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The staff was wonderful. Georgia was very helpful when we checked in. She helped us to find the parking as well as getting a dinner reservation for us. Breakfast was terrific and all the staff were cheerful and helpful.

We had a great stay. I would not have changed anything.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the host, Mario, who was willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. A good location in a quiet street , not too far from the station, and walkable to the Bay Arena.
