It was as disscribed really nice really clean and spacious. We actually added another day!

The communication needs improvement and staff have to understand that people from abroad will not have any communication means and wouldn't know of the free WiFi in public spaces

Slightly old, but still a great hotel. The room I got was huge, certainly bigger than what I initially booked, and very comfortable to stay in, with everything you need being present there. Top location, very close to the Leverkusen Mitte station. And the staff is very friendly!

It is undergoing renovation now (end of February 2024), and the construction works started quite early in the Saturday morning. That’s not mentioned anywhere when you book.

Room was excellent and with the air conditioning we managed to stay comfortable.

Finding the hotel made me feel foolish, looking up the signage was a distraction as the Leoso sign was lower down and not clearly visible.

I really liked the freshly converted room - everything was really clean and comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. It was also a very convenient commute to the Kolnmesse - whilst being very well priced.

I don't recall hearing prior to arrival that they were undergoing a considerable renovation. This meant that there was no option for breakfast onsite. I only found this out upon arrival.

Staff was really helpful, room was amazing, new and good. Beds are really comfortable and room is quiet. The housekeeping always cleans the rooms. Wifi was working normally. Hotel works 24/7

it is far from Cologne and also there was some construction of public transport. There was no breakfast, because restaurant was under renovation.

Big and clean room, location. Helpfull and nice team.

Still under constructions so no optio to have a breakfast. However shopping mall is close by and there is a nice place to grab somerhing in the morning

Very nice recently modernised room. Location was great for our needs. Also close to the railway station that has frequent connections to Cologne.

Hotel is not completely refurbished so there was no bar or restaurant and provision for breakfast.

we had an apartment, quite nicely furnished, but rather noisy from the street traffic

there was no breakfast available, we were aware, yet the price of the room quite expensive for the overall conditions of the hotel (under renovation)

The staff was top notch - friendly, very helpful & welcoming. Being in the midst of a renovation provided some challenges, but Sebastian, Viola, Eva & Ahmed made up for any shortcomings.

It's a piss take asking for a €50 deposit for the room, after you've already paid upfront,especially as a regular client, i have no idea why this is being asked for now( it's never been asked for before)..
