Renovated Large rooms (good bathroom). Clean. Quiet. Location is very good if you travel by car. 15-20 minutes to both Köln and Düsseldorf. Breakfast is good enough. Free parking with enough spaces. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall very good price-performance hotel.

It was a little bit far away from everything but we did know this before booking, not the hotels fault that trains to the area were poor

Excellent room size, great service and staff very friendly and would go beyond call of duty to assist.

No irons or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. That would be a great addition particularly, if you arrive late when stores are closed. To note this is not a 24 hr hotel. So front desk is closed at a particular time.

The staff especially Katarina who was the best hotel staff I met. she’s just so happy and sincere with her job and I was touched by the hospitality. The room was big and spacious. it was clean. on-site restaurant made dinner convenient. Dinner was tasty too. Located at quiet area. Nice park nearby.

The hotel staff is very helpful and nice, the room was big and comfortable, and breakfast was perfect.

The location itself is not particularly pretty but the hotel is lovely.

Friendly staff with super clean and warm room condition! Cozy place, free coffee, plus, it's also not too far from Köln by car. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again for our next trip :)

Lovely room with huge balcony. Modern bathroom, good size fridge, dining table. We had the most delicious meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was also stunning with an amazing variety of hot breakfast dishes and continental. Altogether both meals were 10 out of 10. Lovely staff and good parking. 100% recommend! Well done!

The room was lovely, tastefully designed, spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, perfect after a long drive. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking on site. Recently refurbished, the hotel is finished to a high standard. This is definitely our first choice for future trips in the area.

There was nothing we didn't like, it's just a shame we were only staying for one night.
