This hotel offers good value for the price. The service was pleasant and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the rooms are dated in terms of decor, they were clean and well-maintained, same goes for the toilet and shower facilities. Everything was functional and tidy, which I appreciated. One thing to note: the elevator is quite small. It might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues or those carrying large luggage. Overall, a solid stay for the price, especially if you don’t mind a more old-fashioned interior.

Good location, own private parking, fair room, breakfast and parking prices.

Communication could be better. I sent a couple of questions to the hotel via booking.com and never got any response. Insufficient lights in the room. A floor-standing lamp and 2 pretty dim bed-side lamps are all we had. No radiator in the bathroom, it was quite cold inside.

The hotel is rather elegant in an old-fashioned style, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and all members of staff were very kind and helpful. The early check-in from noon was convenient. And it's very loose to Köln city centre.

The reception is not always staffed. I understood the it is generally closed until noon, although on Saturday it was open. This may be a potential issue if one wants to leave luggage etc, but for me it was fine. There was extremely loud club music just next to my room on Saturday night until after 1am. I'm not sure what happened, it must have been a private party because it's not always like that. So yeah, bad luck... Finally, although the hotel was nice and there was no serious problem, I found it a bit expensive for its level.

Excellent room – clean, well-equipped, and even includes a balcony, perfect for relaxing. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the train station. The staff are friendly and attentive, and even late-night arrivals are very well accommodated.

Everything was amazing. They well prepared and whenever I need a personal I could reach them. The location, view, cleaning and comfort are also awesome. When I want to visit Köln, I'll prefer again here.

There is nothing to complain it.

We really loved the location. Very close to the Cathedral. Just a 10-15 mins walk. The neighborhood was lovely and I especially loved our room view. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Pretty quiet during the night.

The only thing that we experienced issues with was the payment method. The Hotel couldn't accept my debit card, and I didn't have credit card. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered a possibility to pay cash, bit the issue was that they didn't work after 09.00PM due to staff shortage, and our arrival time was around 10.00PM. Thankfully it all turned out well at the end.

Nice family run hotel, not far from the centre of the city, I was able to get from the central train station and find it quickly and easily. Room was basic, but perfectly clean and functional for my short stay.

Reception only has limited opening hours, so had to find a member of staff to check out in the morning. Not a major issue, but could have been stressful if I had been rushing.

It was a lovely Hotel easy to find from the train station with the help of Google map.About a 10/15 min walk from Station... Lovely room with a balcony in summer would be lovely to sit out on it.. Comfy bed... Staff very helpful and friendly.... Breakfast was great plenty eat... Continental style but plenty to choose from...

You could here people coming and going from there rooms.. Shower door was broken just needed replacing.. Getting in and out of shower very deep too step in and out..

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the old town. The owner is very kind and gave us loads of tips. Specially why we should book our breakfast with them. And he was totally right, the breakfast was amazing. Very well served with different options of breads, eggs, fruits, yoghurt, and many other things, We stayed at a superior room, and it is quite big, the bed was very comfortable and the windows are quite thick as it really blocked the noise from outside.

The pillows could be better and I would recommend to add some "oil" to the bathroom door. It was quite noisy. So going to the toilet during the night, definitely would wake up my partner or they other way around.
