Everything! A seamless digital experience, a lovely apartment with a really good kitchen with good equipment including a proper coffee machine, nice glasses etc. Been so many places that don't give you enough stuff to self cater, this place did. The bathroom products were nice, decent sized towels, a huge room and bed. Plus the added extra that it was just out of the main city in its own really cool district with loads of nice bars and restaurants, including a great coffee /breakfast/lunch/ cake place right next door. We will most definitely book again when we do the same trip next year. .

The apartment is very closed to the shopping areas,restaurants, and metro station. The staff are very nice and approachable. There's a time that we have to evacuate the building due to set fire alarm. And the staff make sure that everyone will be evacuated and safe. No harm done. We are back in put rooms after 10min.

We arrived at the apartment, lacking of garbage bags and toilet papers. During the Christmas eve and everything were closed. But the next day the staff are there and they're very approachable and they've provided what I've asked for

Check-in was OK and easy, all by codes and easy to follow. Though the garage instructions were not easy, we managed to decipher them - also, we had to pay extra 30 Euros or 10 per day, it was OK but we felt that they should offer this included with their fees. Place is nice, size is OK, location is great - pretty central and easy to get to the cathedral by walking.

Everything would have been perfect, but on our last night - there was a constant thumping sound coming from somewhere that started from around 3AM all the way to 6AM. The host was nice enough to give us a little credit, but would rather have been able to sleep. Other than this noise, everything was great and we recommend this place.

We loved the accessibility of this hotel. It had a really usable kitchenette that we used for basic cooking (simple breakfast, hot sandwiches, heating up leftovers). The space was a great value, comfy beds, and even gave a nice gift of a coffee mug, toothbrush, and earplugs in case we needed them. We also loved not interacting with anyone at check-in or check-out.

A few spots you could tell there was some wear (scuffs on walls, etc.) and a little trash in the space we saw out our window, but nothing that detracted from our stay.

A great apartment and very clean. A very convenient and safe feeling location, 10 minute walk to the city centre and right by a metro station. I had an apartment at the back of the building, which was very quiet.

Fairly minor point, but the entrance to the property is not particularly welcoming. The entrance lobby is basically the laundry store. I'm not sure what control the host has over this, but suggest making the lobby a bit nicer, since first impressions count :-)

Very welcoming commodities, coffee and tea! Checking in was very simple, as long as you do the online check-in on the website beforehand (we did our months before) when you get that out of the way, you get there it's super easy, just put in the codes in the wesbite and enjoy :) The bathroom was great, and clean and had everything needed, hair dryer, towel warmer, soap, shower gel/shampoo. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances to cook and was clean and useful. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The location was good, close to the centre, old town as well as in a good neighbourhood, super close to different supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet at late hours and very peaceful :)

The kitchen could have a drying rack for the washing, but apart from this, it was great!
