Perfect and cosy located hotel. Nicely, tasteful very functional arranged and relatively spacious room - even for German standards. The bathroom was smartly integrated in the room. Very good bed, good noise isolation. Fresh and silent airconditioning, very convenient in the August heat. The private 'tiefgarage' is directly connected to the hotel by elevator. Communication with the hotel staff was effortless and flexible.

I could find nothing to complain about, I used the hotel for working a few days abroad, it was easy to find focus and make a lot of 'metres'.

Incredible homely feeling. Fantastic location, facilities and impeccable staff - each of them truly remarkable, very amiable to accomodate you kindly if you speak English too. I especially liked how modern and functional the room was, plus great addition is the swimming pool (colder water, ideal for swimming) and even Finmish sauna. Breakfast was truly tasty and varied as well, with many options.

Breakfast, although great, a bit limited for milk intolerant people., as unfortunately no milk alternatives were available. As another downside, I didn’t really enjoyed the bed as I was waking up at night sweating (I do not usually sweat while sleeping) - I suspect it might have been the polyester filling of the bedding, either the side you lay on or the duvet…. Plus, what could have been also improved is the cleanliness of shower room in the welness area, it wasn’t really pleasant.

the location is very convenient you can walk to the riverside and city center by 10 mins. the hotel informed to have a parking space but we arrived late and all spots were busy however the recepcionist helped us to park into the nearest closed parking place that is 5 mins by walk. the superior room we stayed was very spacious . the bed was big and comfortable. free coffee pods in the room was very tasty

there was hair and some dirt on one of the sheets although it seemed not to be used before and had the fresh iron lines so should be a new sheet( double bed) and there was no drinking water in the room. we arrived to the hotel late and stayed only for 1 nigth so we didnt take it as a big problem as we just needed to sleep and rest quickly.

Location is perfect for Christmas market season, within walking distance to all central markets, museums and cathedral. There is also an excellent italian food place nearby. Room was spotless, cleaning service everyday. Very comfy bed, good heating, Nespresso coffee machine was a really nice bonus (they put new capsules with each room cleaning), spatious wardrobe, bathroom felt luxurious and well-equiped (plenty towels, toiletries, paper, hairdryer). Hotel has a pool but we didn't try it (it was winter). Overall great value for money compared to other options!!

No mini fridge in our room (maybe in more expensive rooms?), no kettle for tea, breakfast a little expensive so we didn't try it.

The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The location is great; Cologne main station is only a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of things to see close by (within 20-30 minute walk max.)- Cologne Cathedral and many other churches, Museums, big shopping area etc. The pool at the hotel was also a nice bonus.

The only negative for me was that my room was right by the road so it was a bit noisy at night from the cars. I expected there to be more sound proofing. If you're a light sleeper or not used to noise it would be worth trying to get a room further away from the road where it might be quieter.

Near Cologne Cathedral and Koln Hbf. Pleasant check-in experience, was upgraded to a double room for free. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Detachable hanger. Has a coffee machine in the room. Pen and paper provided. Cosy reading corner. A comfortable table and chair to write my postcards.

Rubbish from the previous guest in the toilet was not cleared (it was cleared after I informed the reception the next morning). TV was not functioning - ? no application installed. The hairdryer was a bit faulty.

Front desk staff were lovely & able to help with any issues that arose. Swimming pool was perfect for a dip before the festival.

One cleaner was not nice I had left my do not disturb sign on my door whilst I went swimming. To let cleaning staff know not to clean my room. On getting back I was met by a very disgruntled cleaner who muttered something to me as I went past. I got changed & left saying sorry for keeping her waiting. I spent my day at the festival & had a good day. On my return I noticed that she had left a marking on the floor in bleach. Which I asked my friend to have a look at. We both agreed that it meant to tell me to leave. So a nice stay but shocked buy this. Other than that it was perfect.

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety of hot and cold food including fresh fruit. Pool was lovely and the facilities like towels and changing rooms next to the pool were really helpful

Disappointed the bathroom in the room we had a curtain rather than a solid wall. We asked for twin beds in the room but these were pushed together in the middle of the room and were awkward to separate. The gym was a lovely bonus but it only had 3 machines, a mat and a ball so some different machines or dumbbells would have been great.

We ve got a good studio apartment for the four of us, very clean, with all needed essentials. Breakfast was good. The receptionist lady was attentive and kind. Pool was a nice add on for entertaining the kids. Historical center at walkable distance.

A bit of hassle with the parking, as I’ve had to leave the car and go to reception after ringing the bell numerous times. Some lag of response to requests after booking, as I’ve mostly received automated messages, but everything was in place at the end.

I was there for one night to attend a concert at the Lanxess Arena. It was the perfect location to explore the city and easy to go to the Arena as well. It was perfect that I could use the garage so I didn't have to worry about finding parking nearby. The pool is also great and not too crowded.

You get a message with a link to pre-check in. It didn't work for me because it didn't recognize my mail nor the booking number. Luckily, when I arrived I had no problem checking in at reception.
