Very kind man at the reception, they did everything to make our stay perfect. Delicious breakfast with all kinds of breads, fruits, nuts and good coffee. Central location, but very quiet. Thank you, we loved our stay at your hotel and had an excellent time in Cologne!

Good cost-benefit, well located in the city close to tram stops, bars and restaurants. Large Breakfast buffet

The "balcony" described in the add was a door with access to a terrace of little to no use for guests. The Breakfast was good, but seems like they did not replenished the itens as they were ending in the buffet. We had some miscommunication with the staff when trying to speak in english, lost the drink in exchange for cleaning offer because of that. Every turn was someone new in the reception and they just gave us the key to the room everytime we got to the hotel, without ever questioning our names.

Calm atmosphere, super friendly staff, very nice and clean rooms with great bathroom

I stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago and it is still as good as I remembered. The situation is excellent, with easy access to the city centre by tram or train. My room was very good with a view of the main road outside but no traffic noise. The size of the room was adequate and the bathroom had both shower and bath. The staff of the hotel were always very pleasant and helpful. Whenever I returned the reception staff always knew my room number. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of everything you could wish for. This hotel will always be my first choice in Cologne.

Late checkout and long breakfast. The location is quite nice for a few hours out. Everything was a bit old-school, but that adds to the charm. You should expect dead silence, this is Cologne and it is a rather busy road and there are going to be nightly walks by party folks on the street. There's a call-a-bike station just across the street, which is very nice. ÖPNV ist also excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have to say that the staff here is exceptional. So kind and helpful at every time, night and day, always willing to do their best. The room was clean, bathroom as well, clean towels and toilet paper refilled every day. It was on the smaller side but with amazing large balcony that overviews the beautiful city of Cologne. I'm more than happy to recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when visiting Cologne again. Thank you for such a great stay ❤️

The room was cozy and clean, and really warm. The staff was very helpful and by listening to their suggestions, me and my husband were able to visit more Christmas markets and have an even better stay than we planned :-) The hotel has good transportation connection to the center and local stores to shop in nearby - Lidl, Rewe, DM. The breakfast was really good and delicious, with many choices and the staff at the restaurant was also very helpful.
