The hotel is ideally located near the main shopping area, railway station, and Cathedral. The single economy room I stayed in was small but well-equipped for a comfortable stay, while the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The room was very quiet at night, as its window faced the courtyard. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Though the hotel is somewhat old, with a labyrinth of corridors that can be confusing upon check-in, this is not a major drawback—especially considering the affordability of the rooms.

Wi-Fi was weak; it would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Complicated check in procedure. For 3 persons ahead of me in queue took about 15 minutes. Parking is advertised as available but there was no spot available when I arrived there, so, it should be advertised as " Suggested booking in advance ". Parking costs 22 euros a day ( that info is not available in booking.com ). There are 6 spots available but at least 1 was occupied by non- guest since it was obviously a van that looked like technical maintanance.

I like how the receptionist for the second day was friendly and nice the first receptionist was a recist he saw me and start to get angry for a reason I don't know he gave me a room on the last floor that I didn't booked, I rejected the room and told him I didn't booked that room online before he changed it for me I was so angry

I didn't like the receptionist that checked me in he's a racist

The room was clean and so was the linen. It is recommendable that they offer a free drink should you feel that the room doesn't require any cleaning.

On one day, the water in the bathroom was not warm. My room faced a courtyard where workers from the hotel came for smoke breaks. With the open window, the smoke went into the room and wasn't particularly for someone like me who is a non-smoker.

At night someone was screaming maybe in the street or in the hotel And the other day someone was trying to open our room door, so we were so afraid)))

The accommodation was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. Location was excelent with the Neumarkt close by. Breakfast was very good too.

Perhaps there could be more fruit made available for breakfast.

Good location, away from the old town but close to several bars, restaurants and shops. Room was clean and spacious, and suited our needs well. Breakfast was really good and varied. Would happily stay here again.
