Great value for price!

Had hot water heater and tea, but no coffee even though we saw other rooms had coffee available. Also no sugar or sweetener. Had to go shopping ourselves.

everything is meticulously thought out. such a clean, warm room wit a perfect garden sight.

Pillows were uncomfortable, show head was broken and only went to the lowest setting so it was still around waist height.

The location is quiet. There is an outside sitting area where guests can sit and relax. The neigborhood were the hotel is located feels very safe. There is free parking provided. There was complimentary free tea provided of various flavors with sugar. There was a small refrigerator provided for keeping food & drink. There is a smoking area with a bench to sit on with proper areas to get rid of cigarette butts. There was complimentary free Wi-Fi provided.

Room was not clean: bed sheets weren't changed. Bed comforters weren't fresh. One of the bed comforter's zipper was broken, so the comforter would slide out of the cover. The blanket kept in closet for the bed smelled old / had a basement-like smell. The closet's floor wasn't clean / had stains. The bed sheets had bed bugs & mites along with their poop. The room had roaches. The one coffee cup provided was unclean / unwashed. The bathroom's ''overhead mirror lights'' were not working and in need of changing. The bathroom's ''only small wall fan'' was extremely loud and unbelievably dirty - it also didn't help at all with clearing the air after showering. The tissue box provided in the bathroom only had 5 sheets for use, then it was empty. The main door to the room had blinds covering the door from the inside and the pole used to turn the blinds to let in light or not was broken and taped up - there was tape used by the hotel for repair of the problem, but it looked really unprofessional. The light fixture on the ceiling of the room was dirty and had dead insects inside. All the lights outside of the room which were lights mounted above on the wall, and on the ground floor, didn't work - and they had so many spider webs and dust on them that you could see that they hadn't been cleaned in long time.
