everything was great, got put in a room for disabled people which was a plus , asked to add an extra bed and was done without an issue , the stuff were great to talk to and ask any sort of quest , very approachable. Would go back next year. The show in this place was maybe one of the best ive seen, the shower presure and volume was amazing and also the shower in the sauna had 6 jets and one over head one again another features in the place. The Bar/Garden are both great.

The additional bed provided was a small single (which was expected) the lighting in the room seem to not be much.

Nice modern hotel in pleasant surroundings, staff very friendly and helpful , Room was a decent size , clean and tidy Bathroom was bright and modern with an excellent and powerful shower WiFi was good Breakfast was buffet style, with a decent variety of hot and cold food, and situated in a very modern and spacious area, Parking is free and with plenty of spaces It's located a few hundred metres from a shopping mall, with various shops, cinema, and eating places, and a local bus terminal is in front of the shopping centre, Nearest train station ( Hermülheim- Hurth) is about 1•5km away and a 20 minute walk from hotel, and has regular train service going into colonge city centre, with the journey taking about 25 mins , Would definitely stay again and recommend to others,

Had requested an early check in and I wasn't offered, had to call booking.com to cancel the hotel booking which later could not, but the reception staff ensured I received a room at the earliest and supported more than expected. Everyone were sweet friendly and made the hotel was excellent in service. Excellent hotel at par with 5 star hotels in food service etc... jus the location is not in city centre, if not price quality ratio is excellent. I forgot to share they have a very neat and clean sauna as well.

Hotel rooms off late don't have water boilers, I don't know why but many hotels dont have and one of that is also here. Agreed I have experienced bad quality water boilers with calcium dirt even in 5 star groups but this is important to be in a room.

Very clean, nice and cozy hotel , very nice for a short stay of families ( we stayed there for two nights as it is relatively close to Phantasialand -25 min). Breakfast was great, the beer garden is nice with amazing Schnizel and nice cocktails Great value for money

Location - we arrived after 18:00 and there is nothing to do in the hotel or the nearby town but we spent nice time in the beer garden

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is well maintained and in a very safe neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious and really an :all you can eat buffet". I, however, observed that the hotel doesn't appear to have many cleaning staff and the cleaning staff can improve on their services. The trash can wasn't taken out throughout 3 day stay.... but all in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Great value for money! We were provided with printed timetables for the bus and tram leading to Cologne when we inquired about public transportation, which made our trip a lot smoother. Bonus: for each guest there are two relatively thin pillows, which I thought was great because the pillows are usually too thick for me. But if you do prefer a thicker pillow, you just stack both. Thanks guys, we'll be back if we visit Cologne again!

The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. We needed a place for the weekend to visit Köln and this was a good Hotel at a reasonable price with breakfast included.

Would have been nice to have a few more information at Check-in. The receptionist was polite but did not speak unless we asked a question. If you don’t want to repeat always the same things, at least give out a paper with the basic informations on it so I can read myself.

The place was very nice and clean,the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! the breakfast had a wide array of options and I was very pleased to see it was affordable for such a luxury experience! The 24 hour service was very nice since I was concerned about coming in very late in the night/early morning. I called ahead and staff let me know my options. I wish I remembered the name of the man on staff who helped me and my sister but I am very grateful for his help and kindness. Would recommend to anyone.

Rooms are spacious and comfy, the shower has so much pressure it's fab! Every where is clean and nothing is too much for the staff, also if you stay between a 2 and 4 night stay you can request to not have a cleaner and you get €5 pp back and spend in the bar/restaurant. This is our second stay here and will defo keep coming back. Great location

The breakfast and staff are truly amazing!!! it was 18 km from the Lanxess Arena which was longer then we thought. The beds are for me too hard but if you prefer to sleep on a harder bed then this is fine. The parking was super in front of the reception, enough space and for free. The staff and brwakfast was truly above expectation truly amazing thank you for the good service.
