It was my second stay at the location and I can't think of any place other than Cologne where I've had the best reception experiences. The lady in charge still remembered me from last year and gave us a garden facing room this time, which was equipped with mosquito nets and a fan. The room is spacious and I love that the mini bar was moved to the lobby to be honest. I was able to park until 9am for free in the street as well.

My only minus is the garage but that's cause my car isn't exactly small and I found it quite the ordeal to drive in and out with how small the street itself is if cars are parked near the entrance and my car has all kinds of sensors going off due to how narrow the passage is.

Big compliments to Esther in reception, super friendly, very helpful. Great location, quiet area, very near tram station, a lot of stores nearby. We stayed in Koln because of EURO championship, very good connections with tram between stadium, city centre and hotel.

The beds are really soft, also pillows, there was no support, not good for me personaly. Breakfast option was too expensive for us.

The hosting ladies have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room has been clean, quiet overlooking the hotel garden, it has mosquito nets and outside window blinds - all extremely thoughtful and appreciated. The hotel is nested in a quiet residential neighbourhood with 5 or 6 restaurants and a supermarket all within 5 minutes walking, as well as the tram station that goes directly to the center of Cologne and the Messe stations within 30 minutes.

=> Possibility of underground parking (8€/day). Note that Park in street is possible, but 4 hours max per day and for ... 8€ too ! => Without expecting it, they've nicely upgraded our room to their biggest one :-O !!!!! A whole cozy and charming and comfortable flat instead of a room. => Even if we did not request it, they've still installed a baby bed for our kid :-). => Breakfast was vert good :-) !!! => People were all very nice and helpful :-) => Hotel situated at less than 5 min from the tramway station (20-25 min to Koln Centrum) and a Big supermarket.

Didn't partake in the breakfast but we thoroughly enjoyed our arrival as the friendly receptionist was very sociable with us and provided us with a plan and instru tons as how to get to our event with public transport as well as where we could still get dinner despite arriving late. They checked in with us regularly and it was overall a great stay. The room was spacious and very quiet. The garage scared me personally but that's just on having a big car with lots of sensors going off ^^" Public transport is close by, fuel stations and a straight connection into town

Very friendly staff that gave us tips on what to do around Cologne and where to eat in the area. Far enough from the city centre to have a good night's sleep in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to reach it withing 20 minutes by tram. 5 walking minutes away from Rhein Center shopping mall.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was relatively clean and the location of the hotel is great. It has a practical parking lot.

While the room was relatively clean, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

If it's really hot you can only use the fan, as the rooma don't have airco.

We booked a hotel as it was located close to our friend’s flat, so intentionally far from the city center. It was a clean, comfortable room. The stuff was also very friendly!

I stay at this property monthly for the last 6 months. I feel it’s a home away from home. They staff are so lovely. One nice thing is that a fan and kettle are always waiting for me without me asking.

I don’t eat the breakfast as I’m gluten, lactose and have fructan allergies so there isn’t much for me to eat.
