We were on the 9th floor with amazing views of the river and the city

The only issue is the room layout: You basically enter directly in the... Bathroom..! When you open the room door - the first thing you have in front of you is the sink... And then on one side you have the shower and on the other you have the toilet You basically have to cross the bathroom in order to enter the room itself Very weird.... and also it means that every person that enters the room goes through your medicine and skin care products.... not always things you with to share :)

Its an amazing view from here ... the bed is super comfortable and it reminds me of a little new york feeling. Also its a 20 to 30 min walk to the Oldtown , 5 min walk there us food spots. So everything is great walking distance with beautiful views from architecture, The Water the habor. Staff is very kind and fits to the high quality of this Hotel. It was my 2nd Stay and really enjoyed it.

We were a little dissappointed about the free Spa Area. From the Excellence of the rest of the hotel u might thinl or expect there would be a big Sauna Area or Calm Area but its pretty tiny for so much people plus the Area to calm there was no calm music n it was "loud" for a spa area and ppl can look inside from outside so not really quiet and peaceful sadly. I wished it was more spacious and to relax a better atmosphere wit possible relaxing music sounds.

Hotel offers anything you need. For our stay, great price value ratio. Great location. Very nice design of the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet offers a broad selection of high quality food. Very nice hotel bar.

Service level isn't on the same level like in other 5 star hotels. Check-in super efficient but not really friendly and without "welcome" and/ or any additional information about our stay. A lot of unexperienced (but nice) staff at the restaurant - what sometimes can result in long waiting periods and mistakes (e.g. don't really know how to open and serve a wine bottle for >150 EUR).

Everything was extremely clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room could get nice and dark with both blinds and blackout curtains. We had a wonderful view of the Rhein river from our room. The hotel is ready to provide you with just about anything to your room; you really don’t see service like this in Germany. And it is the only hotel I’ve been to in Düsseldorf so far that has a possibility to order room service 24/7.

The location is just difficult if you don’t have a car.

Booked for the first night of Honeymoon for our daughter and her new husband. They were upgraded from an already lovely room and had a fabulous time. Fantastic views to the Rhein Tower, Media City and the river and breakfast was to die for apparently.. They really appreciated all the ‘bells and whistles’ that accompanied this surprise stay. So many thanks to the Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf.

To UK eyes, an awkward paying system. (I rang to pay the bill in advance but couldn’t!). However, it was straightforward enough to pay with the link sent. Would have been easier if I understood German.. I think this was the Barclaycard bit of the payment - German for ‘pay here’ and ‘United Kingdom’ anyone?!!

For me it’s the best hotel in Dusseldorf. Comfortable beds , great rooms modern and clean , one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever been in . Friendly staff and willing to do everything they can to help with the smallest issues if you had one. Great location. Luxurious hotel , it is definitely a five star hotel .

The staff is very friendly, competent and goes out of their way to help you and to make your stay an excellent experience. The roomservice was very friendly and quick, the quality of the ordered food very good. The hotelbar is very classy and the staff knows how to make good cocktails. Due to a family emergency I had to leave the hotel before I could actually spend the night so I have no experiences to share about breakfast or quality of the beds.

When using the shower I saw the actual bodymarks of previous guests show on the glass windows facing the end of the bathtub in a very "compromising position". When I asked for a cleaning down at the reception it was absolutely no problem and they solved cleaning it quickly, but it did give me a bit of a weird vibe about the cleanliness of the room. I don't want to see what previous guests did in my room ;-)

Hotel location is gerat, Staff are amazing and friendly. Super cooperative and helpfull. Breafkast selection is very colorful and matches all people including Seniors and Kids. I enjoyed the smoked salomon quality is really nice.

Lunch and dinner still needs more development in terms of food taste is still missing. I had the chance to have my dinner, it was bad experiance, unfortunately the grilled fish were raw !! and grilled veggies didnt reach the right degreee of grill, therefore were raw and harsh. I told resturant manger about it but he didnt even appoligze or exclusde it from the bill. I highly recomend that Hotel mangment should provide resturant mangment and chefs addtional training in terms of Food taste development, chefs are very limited in playing with flavours although they have good quality of ingredients. This is really missing. Service team were very professional. Please accept my comments as tips of development.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff en de quality of the restaurant.

We had a power problem in our room, causing the outlets and coffee machine to stop working. This was not fixed before we checked out. A minor "problem", more an annoyance, but I did feel like an extra coffee at my room...

The room was wonderful, good pillows, clean. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Value for money: hotel is quite expensive, which I knew and accepted in advance. However, I got the feeling that the hotel did its utmost best to exploit me to the maximum: - coffee in the bar: no sweetie, cookie whatsoever - glass of house sparkling wine as apero: 9€ for only 2 cm felt like a rip off.
