The apartment is very spacious and clean, it has everything you need. It is very quiet even though there can be music outside, which you don’t hear at all when you close the windows. The building has an elevator. Easily accessible from the airport or the main train station.

The pillows were absolutely terrible. For that price they should’ve invested in better pillows. Also, if you arrive out of their office hours, or during the weekend, you can’t leave your luggage contrary to what they state in their info. Edit: I don't know where the passive aggression is coming from. The pillows are synthetic and uncomfortable. Also, you never mentioned you were offering something for free. We asked for an earlier check-in or a luggage space, which is completely normal amongst travelers. These comments are here for you to improve your services, not to argue with guests over imaginary things.

No parking

Spacious. Clean and tidy. PERFECT location. Pillows very comfortable. Mattress 9/10. Had everything in the apartment which we needed.

Check in wasn’t great. The email had gone through to “junk” and despite M-F at 14:40pm the out of office was on. So couldn’t get through to anyone. Thankfully found the junk email. The safe didn’t work, but 9am the next morning a staff member sorted so only a minor inconvenience the first evening. Some U.K. satellite channels would have been nice. Or a smart TV to chrome cast

The penthouse is very bright, spacious and clean. The location is perfect. We had a-one-million view from our windows. Personal is super friendly and always ready to help.

Problem with a parking spot. Only cars with 1.6m high can park there. We parked with our Scenic on the payable parking near the house and payed 92 euros for 3 days.

Amazing!!! Personally I prefer 1 big bed (nog gaps) and perhaps more than 1 coffee cup. But those are details, really nice and comfy place!

Good location, very beautiful building. The bed was good, comfortable sleep, and all the facilities were in order. I really loved the hall of the building, awesome.

It was quite difficult to understand how to check in as it was new years' eve and the weekend, so the host wasn't easy to reach, and the shower was a bit leaky.

The room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. It had character and was unlike most chain hotels. A note to the new owners- please don't change the set up too much.

The keys were a little tricky to work at first.

I stayed with my daughter and it was a lovely spacious apartment. We both really liked it. Very clean and everything included, even deodorant! Amazing location aswell.

Smartly furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. Great location for the tower and walks along the Rhine. Helpful and friendly staff. Spotless.

WiFi wasn’t fast enough to stream films without buffering.

Office desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She update the room on request without extra charge. Room no.17 was spacious, with large living room and decent kitchen. I will stay in the same room again.

There is automatic exhaust fan in bathrooms. I wish if we can have switch option to switch off when not in use. Day is okay but in night the sound is disturbing.
