The apartment is very spacious and clean, it has everything you need. It is very quiet even though there can be music outside, which you don’t hear at all when you close the windows. The building has an elevator. Easily accessible from the airport or the main train station.

The pillows were absolutely terrible. For that price they should’ve invested in better pillows. Also, if you arrive out of their office hours, or during the weekend, you can’t leave your luggage contrary to what they state in their info. Edit: I don't know where the passive aggression is coming from. The pillows are synthetic and uncomfortable. Also, you never mentioned you were offering something for free. We asked for an earlier check-in or a luggage space, which is completely normal amongst travelers. These comments are here for you to improve your services, not to argue with guests over imaginary things.

Good location, very beautiful building. The bed was good, comfortable sleep, and all the facilities were in order. I really loved the hall of the building, awesome.

It was quite difficult to understand how to check in as it was new years' eve and the weekend, so the host wasn't easy to reach, and the shower was a bit leaky.

Amazing!!! Personally I prefer 1 big bed (nog gaps) and perhaps more than 1 coffee cup. But those are details, really nice and comfy place!

The apartment was perfect and functional. Location was superb. It totally met all our expectations and we had a fab time.

The staff dint really go out of their way to chat / communicate about anything. Given language was a bit of a problem for us, one would expect that the team would go the extra mile to let us know small things like wifi password, washing machine room, where to throw the garbage, etc etc. we felt that it was we who had to keep calling them and asking questions, nevertheless when asked they were perfectly responsive and helped us with everything.

Office desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She update the room on request without extra charge. Room no.17 was spacious, with large living room and decent kitchen. I will stay in the same room again.

There is automatic exhaust fan in bathrooms. I wish if we can have switch option to switch off when not in use. Day is okay but in night the sound is disturbing.

Smartly furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. Great location for the tower and walks along the Rhine. Helpful and friendly staff. Spotless.

WiFi wasn’t fast enough to stream films without buffering.

The location is fantastic. Very central location but in a quiet area next to the Rhineturm and river. Tram line linking train station and city centre two minutes away. Promenade close by and easy walk to old town or shopping district. Our studio apartment was large, bright, clean, warm, with great views and fantastic furniture. Very comfortable bed. Would move in permanently if I could!

The apartment was fantastic, the location was good close to the river and a 10 min walk from the old town, but nice and quiet on an evening. The local bars and restaurants were great and have been a favourite of ours for the years prior to Covid, so it was great to go back and revisit them!

Great for shopping !! excellent communication with the lady who looked after us very friendly and accommodating apartment had everything we needed lovely Italian restaurant 3 minutel walk from apartment will definitely return 5 srat..

Perfect location to explore city centre. Comfortable inner garden. Good looking room with all necessary things.
