A great hotel with modern interior design and very comfortable rooms, big soft beds and a fancy shower. Everything clean and lovely. There are some restaurants and shops around.

They are carrying out renovations outside the hotel using heavy machinery, so guests (at least us) are waking up at 07:15 each working day due to the noise (drilling machines making holes and excavators removing asphalt). This is a no-go if you are on the business trip, but it´s not responsibility of the hotel. So I don´t remove any stars, just inform future visitors about possible inconveniences.

Clean and comfortable room, pretty big. Really comfortable bed with clean linen. There was a small pantry with a fridge and a kettle, super nice for me, stayed a week. Lovely bathroom as well, big and well lighted good shower pressure. Even has a proper desk with a proper chair, so it is possible to work Breakfast was okay, loved the bread. Selection of cold cuts and cheeses, yoghurt, fruits and hot dishes as well. Juice, water, coffee, and the coffee was good. The staff were fantastic. All of them were super nice and friendly at any time of day. Great location, you can easily walk to places and there are all sorts of busses and trains going from 2 minutes walking from the hotel.

It was literally all good, everything was as expected, no issues with anything.

We were inconvenienced by major street repair works - plenty of dust and noise starting at 7.00 am . . Of course this is not under control of the hotel .but it was an annoyance for guests . In such situations one would appreciate some concern of the hosts eg extra door mats so we don't carry the dirt into the rooms . Also a little courtesy gesture eg a bowl of candy and a sign board expressing apologies for the inconvenience .Little gestures go a long way

the room is fairly good sized, enough room for stuff, good location of the hotel, both to the city center and other areas, good connection via public transport. breakfast good. Noise from construction also fine as it was Easter, so they didn't work early in the morning.

The beds have plastic pillows, which leads to uncomfortable sleep and overheating, not sure it is good for warmer times. The ac has no options for heating or keeping a normal temperature, even if it racks up to 28 degrees, it was cold and rainy, so the central heating was off in April, but not being able to chose to heat or cool your own room seems inefficient for me. I got a mini heater. The shower is pretty but can overflow the entire bathroom which is quite inconvenient.

The room was nice and clean, and it was spacious enough for two people. We had requested two single beds, and they gave us a room accordingly. Our room had a view of the church, which was lovely. The area was quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful, check-in and check-out were easy. They allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

There was road work going on; since we stayed over the weekend, we didn’t hear any noise, but carrying our luggage on the street was a bit difficult. It was an issue independent of the hotel.

Booked this hotel very last minute. Had never heard of it before. It was wonderful! Quiet, warm, clean room with great facilities on site. Amazing breakfast spread included at no extra cost with good rolls, eggs, bacon, fruit, veg, jam, yogurt, etc! Very kind, professional staff. They let us leave our car in the garage after checkout while we explored the city on foot.

Pillows were flat. And parking garage is very narrow. One of us had to get out of the car to guide the other around corners and into a space, but a medium-size car does just fit. Everything else was wonderful! I would stay here again!

The check in process was smooth, the location was ideal and easy to get to. The facilities were excellent.

Extremely disappointed with the check out process. I have made a special request for a bath and a view. I was advised this would be €10 per night which I agreed to. On the first night (following a three hour flight delay) we arrived at midnight and were just grateful for a bed. The following morning we noted that there was no view and queried this at reception. We were advised no room with a bath AND a view was possible so we agreed to the room we had. Nothing more was said. As we went to check out - we were asked for the agreed extra (despite not getting the room agreed). This led to a very unsatisfactory interaction at reception. Ultimately it was resolved but not before being made out to be untruthful which spoiled a very positive stay otherwise.

The hotel was very easy to locate. Its accesible to train station. The staff speaks good english, helpful and very friendly. They also let us check in early without extra cost. I am very thankful for that. There are also welcome water and beer, my husband was so happy. The bed was so spacious, the hotel was very clean. There is also kitchen utensils and the microwave was a plus. Our hotel view was very relaxing that makes us enjoy our stay. Thank you Living Hotel

The room smells a bit like cigarette smoke but tolerable. The aircondition was a bit weak, nonetheless we enjoy our stay.

Very nice room with modern interior, I had a view to the church. Distance to Koenigsallee is probably 15 min walk, so very central location south of inner city. Staff was super helpful and I enjoyed the very tasty breakfast buffet. Parking was only 15 Euros per day on site, entrance into the underground is indeed very tight, but with a BMW 3 series I could make it in, and out.

This was our second visit here. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants. They offer free water and beer in the minibar. Staff is always very friendly.

Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. Gym is super basic and a bit warm, a/c not working. Generally good value for money, prices get steep if there is a big event in the area. Parking garage, as they mention, is up to mid-size only.
