The design is different and fresh, rooms design wise comfortable and has everything it needs, the view is fantastic. Check in, check out easy. The breakfast area is great and location with tram/metro in front couldn´t be better. Response on questions and help with this was great. I would definitely recommend this place and book it myself next time.

The room was far too warm and could not be cooled down sufficiently. Though the panel said 18 degrees it was at least 22 degrees. Asked for help and staff kindly helped, the result was minimum. I had no luck with the barrista, who was present but seemed always just to have arrived and busy with the set up though I arrived after the time mentioned in the elevator.

This is probably one of the best accommodation options I’ve ever experienced in my life in terms of price-to-quality ratio. I truly enjoyed it. Despite a few minor defects in my room, I really liked the overall concept, and if I have the opportunity to stay at your properties in the future, I will prioritize them. I found it very convenient that the location is excellent, with the possibility to cook meals independently, everything is well-organized, and the soundproofing is great—no disturbances at all. For this reason, I want to give you the highest score of 10, even though there were small flaws in the room. Once again, I truly enjoyed my stay. Although I travel a lot for work and usually stay in expensive presidential suites paid by the company, I believe this is the best price-to-quality ratio for private trips. Thank you!

few minor defects in my room

The staff was super friendly and ready to help with any problem that you might have. They replied to messages in a short period of time. The apartment itself had everything you will need, and it was very clean and greatly styled. Lots of space and shelves to leave your stuff, and all the equipment for a short or long stay. Amazing view from the loggia is also a big plus. One of the nicer places i stayed at, it didnt disappoint.

Some of the things didnt work, like the coffee machine and chromecast on tv. It almost left me without an option to be able to enjoy Netflix, even though on the booking page it says its available. Luckily enough that i had my laptop and HDMI cable.

Love the modern design and the facilities. Despite there not being a reception (with personnel) you still feel welcomed. There's complimentary water in the room and also complimentary drinks in the co-working space which has a marvellous view over the river. Despite the "visible" lack of staff there's always someone available in case you have questions. Our request was promptly answered through WhatsApp and someone came to help us out shortly. Great place to stay :)

We had a wonderful experience at this Apartment hotel in Düsseldorf. The modern and stylish furnishings, along with the thoughtful amenities (especially for our dogs with such nice bed and snack box!) made our stay enjoyable. Location was very convenient with access to public transportation and parking near by (P+R). The overall experience was great, the view from our balcony was outstanding to be able to see River Rhine with the tower. Also there was a beautiful park right opposite of our hotel so we had a very pleasant time with our dogs. Lastly check-in and out system was very efficient you can do it all by yourself on your phone, so there is no need to wait for somebody to get the key and also you can open the doors with your phone without carrying a card key. Highly recommended to stay here and we would love to come back again next time.

The place has an amazing view from 16th floor. A bit far from the center but the vibes and facilities just outsanding. Its got a decent gym on 13th floor with views aswell. Right in front you have the river and lots of green space. Perfect place to relax from the city and have your own kitchen, which is important to me. The room has a high level design and you feel comfortable. The mattress and bed are great

The noise at 7.30am from drilling on the upper floor on a SATURDAY. I would rate this place higher if it wasn't bc they just spoiled my morning off. Drilling went for a couple of hours. I gave up on sleeping

Quality of the accommodation, kitchen facilities and equipment. Proximity to the Metro and a walk to the village of places to eat etc Fantastic views and quiet on the rear upper floors. Good gym and sauna, all in all an amazing new facility.

We wanted to make our breakfast in the community kitchen on the last day as there is only one chair in each apartment and we liked the view. But it was locked when the sign said it should be open, due to internal staff difficulties. The all digital entry etc is all very well but if your phone battery dies on a day out, getting back into the building is a problem. It is prudent to make a physical key immediately you get there.

Loved it. So modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Stunning unexpected view. Great coworking space. Free bottles of still and sparkling water and a free gift of a box of tea and nespresso capsules to use. Microwave and fridge and beaut crockery to use. Great communication and friendly staff.

The gym isn't good if you like the gym, it's essentially a treadmill and a few too bulky weights that you can't do functional training with. The terrace is lovely though

Really new and nice appartments; everything you need is there. The digital check-in and keys worked really well. Location and view are awesome: parking garage nextdoor, as well as the tram.

During our stay, the aircon did not work. After texting the number in the e-mail, it seemed like it was a building-wide problem. Sadly, we did not receive any more updates, nor was the aircon fixed. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The hotel is totally run remotely which is extremely nice. We get the electronic keys and the entrance was so smooth. The hotel room was on 15th floor with a beautiful river scenery. The windows were huge and the room is so spacious and very clean. Really good interiors as well. You feel really special and we would definitely come back.

Air conditioner was not working at all or it is too complicated to set it up but we did not need it anyways.
