Staff was extremely friendly and understanding. We arrived late in the being with small kids and the receptionist was very accommodating. In the morning the staff were very helpful and picked up on signals and pro-actively brought a sunny-side up for breakfast. Big compliments!!!

Breakfast was great. Rooms v clean and roomy. For me the location was great - was travelling for business.

Beds could have been more comfy. but didnt sleep badly in them . Would have been great if they did an evening meal there, but the 'mall' was a short walk with plenty of options.

The room had enough space for a great stay and we could change the heat as we wanted. A big TV, a working desk, and extra chairs in the room. The bathroom was also very nice. The parking lot was big enough. Breakfast was great, with different breads, omelets, juices, fresh-cut fruits, etc.

The room was renovated and nicely furnished, mod cons like hairdryer and kettle were in good condition and worked well. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options. Breakfast and front desk staff are really great, friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make the stay nice and the time spent in the hotel comfortable. We stayed for three day and it was the same every morning. really nice atmosphere.

No safe in the room. Cleaners didn't provide clean towels, even though i got some blood from a cut on one by accident. The dirty towels were just refolded and replaced on the shelf. The rest of the room was spotless so maybe this was just an oversight.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were really kind and friendly. The area was calm when you don't want to stay near the busy place. If you've a car, then definitely good place to stay, away from main city and peaceful.

Since we didn't have a car, the place was far for us to reach from Düsseldorf. I expected this and booked, so it's on me. Breakfast options are okay. Good enough for a quick bite.

It was clean and spacious. The man on reception was welcoming. The staff at breakfast were too and made my little boy feel welcome with a hot chocolate. We liked that we could open the windows wide.

Everything was wonderful. Loved the cookie at check in and check out. Breakfast was fabulous! Beds were comfortable! Staff was very nice!! Spoke English also :) Parking was free and there were plenty of spots available.

It was very clean. The bathtub was awesome to have. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice and warm during these colder days.

The pillows are a too soft in my opinion. I was alone so I was able to stack 2 pillows on top of eachother which made it perfect for me. Of course, this is a personal preference. Other than that, one light next to my bed was not working at all.

The rooms on the top floor (4) are a poorer standard than the floors below. I had family on floor 0 and the room was much better. Mostly bathroom and shower area.
