Virtually all the staff were fabulous, really helpful and charming, a real credit to their profession. We had food and drink on three occasions. . However, the evening meals are much better value than the breakfast (see below) and I can personally recommend the smoked salmon, rostis and salad. All in all, I would stay there again

The breakfast is way expensive at 18 Euros for what it offers, I think a fairer price would be 12 euros. Also, due to a booking error on my part (through Booking.com) I was given a surcharge at the end of my stay. I would have much preferred to have been told this at the beginning of the stay and then I could have contacted Booking.com about it.

The room was great, very well presented and good facilities. The hotel was modern and elegant. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to have a parcel delivered there ready for me to pick up upon arrival, they allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we didn't have to carry them around the city all day until our flight home. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely comfortable bed! Also the hotel staff were very nice, courteous and helpful. I was headed to a concert and they gave me my key early (before check in time), and held my bags until I came back late that night. The room itself was absolutely lovely. My only regret is that I didn't get to stay here longer.

The rooms are spacious, functional and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. also the premises around the hotel are nice and green. Breakfast is OK.

The bar/restaurant area downstairs looks more like a canteen and is not very warm/hospitable. Some low seats would also be nice rather than just tables and chairs.

The room was a very good size and well set out as a disabled friendly room. Coffee facilities, which is not always in German hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was expensive and a distance from the entrance.

Very fast WiFi (300Mbps), very clean modern rooms, comfy foam beds, working AC, convenient parking, friendly check-in.

No mini-fridge in the room. Curtains don't completely cover the window. No bathrobes or slippers.

Breakfast was good, and support from staffs were great. Reception was suuportive when I was unaware about EV charging. Good atmosphere before soccer match of EURO2024.

there are nice staff here including the restaurant staff. i could enjoyed the breackfas (large selection) and also enjoyed beer & wine at the bar.

location is not much for me. it was difficult to find the restaurant around this hotel, we had to go to Essen central station.
