It's a traditional and nice family-run hotel, with friendly staff, clean rooms with good beds, and an updated interior. The breakfast was nice and in a very relaxed atmosphere. The location was great for my business purposes and overall it had great value and good experience.

I have no complaints about anything. It's an older building that has been maintained very well. You could find it old-fashioned, but the facilities are cozy, clean, and up-to-date, but not overly luxurious.

The hotel is located in a quiet cozy area not far from the entrance to the city (if you are traveling by car). There is a parking for cars next to the hotel. Across the street there is a petrol station. A public transport station is 10 meters from the hotel. The friendly and kind staff speaks English and German. It's clean, neat, cozy. Rooms equipped with TV, there is a Wi-Fi . Quite good place to stay.

It was nice to be able to get the key from the key-safes outside of the hotel at the late hour I arrived. There was sufficient street parking options left opposite the hotel. Breakfast buffet is not the largest but all is fresh and I liked the good coffee from the machines.

There is no real lobby or common area to relax and talk to friends or colleagues. If you drive electric and need to charge overnight, there is not a lot of (functioning) options around. It took me a 10min drive and a fast charge at a local DIY store as the street options were either out of order or not available due to road constructions.

Check in quick, simple and with very kind people. Rooms are large enough, bed comfortable, full breakfast very nice and well served. Perfect to start a nice working day. in the neighbourhood, some simple and nice restaurants

Breakfast, restaurant room, garden. Quiet location. Old and dated, but overall nice atmosphere and very comfortable, with everything you need.

The elevator reaches only up to 2nd floor, not 3rd one, but not big issue, this in an architectural limitation.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs and bread rolls. I even got decaf coffee as I could not drink the normal coffee. The breakfast room was light , airy and using a nice coulour scheme of dark pink and olive green colours. Nice breakfast. There was parking outside the hotel which was great. Hotel located close to Sollbrueggenpark which is a lovely park to walk in and close to Krefelder Zoo which is worth a visit.

Rooms were a little bit old fashioned but that did not worry me really.

We needed to be in Krefeld for medical reasons. The staff in the hotel were very kind and helpful. It was only 3km from the hospital. Beds are comfortable and although the rooms could do with some upgrading, it was comfi and warm.

The breakfast was lovely with juice, breadrolls, jam, cereals and lovely coffee. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated in pastel green and rose colours.
