Very clean

My reservation was with breakfast, and the reception tell me it's not... So, after the double check, thay find the mistake, but i didn't have breakfast 3 days... And no money return, no special offer... Only "Sorry" and i send extra 45 euro outside for breakfast....

We loved the easy access location to the city. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel. The staff were amazing at storing food for us in a fridge. They were so helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate with, with us trying German and them speaking great English. It was a very pleasant stay indeed.

The extractor fan was a little loud.

I really enjoyed the shower…lots of pressure and nice and hot. I also LOVED the breakfast. It was fit for a king, very delicious! The bed was comfortable.

The room was to hot…it could have used a fan. Also the TV was broke…it kept turning off by itself and then turning back on. Also I wish they would offer rooms with a refrigerator. My wife is on a special diet and needs to put her food in the refrigerator.

Spacy, clean and comfortable room. The modernised bathroom was definitely not a lie. Everything you needed in your room was available. one of the better one person rooms I have already had. Although it was located in a busy area (market right next to it) there was no noise to be heard inside the hotel. Reception at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. For this price a very good choice.

The breakfast was good and plenty of options but I felt that, maybe because I went for breakfast at the end of breakfast service, that the english breakfast options were a bit overcooked because of staying too long on the heaters. Next to that I really can't say anything bad except maybe that if you know a room is occupied (thanks to guest list) that you don't knock on the door for cleaning before that person has checked out or hang a card outside that the room can be cleaned.

It was very clean.

I would have liked to have more jnformation about the back door keylock so i would entered for check in through it amd not having to go all over the block to enter.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Fully confirmed expectations. But there was no refrigerator. The breakfast is delicious with aromatic coffee. Coffee is brought directly to the table. There was also dessert, juices and delicious pastries. It is very convenient that there is a free large parking lot, for which there is always a place. In a big city like Düsseldorf, this is a big problem. For those who have a car, this is a great advantage.

But there was no refrigerator in the room.

Excellent breakfast, Very clean rooms. All employees like a friend.. We would rebook for 4 days in May 2025 unfortunately Astra hotel was fully booked.

Location close to the center, only 15 minutes metro tram ride, stops nearby. Hotel also has its own big free parking space, rooms nice size and clean. Cleaned daily on a longer stay.

I think the only minus was the very loud ventilator in the bathroom :) , but that is also not a big big thing in general.

Nice room, clean. Had working heating and hot water. Bed was comfortable. All the basic amenities were there. The breakfast was very good and at a very good price.

The hotel is quite far from the center. We had to walk quite some time to take the tram.

The shower is a little bit small.
