I had some confusions with my bookings and the manager, Richard was super flexible and supportive to find alternative solution for the situation. He was available during late night hours as well over the phone. The room is very clean and comfy, the bathroom seemed to be almost new.

There was no one at reception when I checked in (around 9pm) or checked out (around 7:30am), which made it very difficult to pick up and return the room key. I called the phone number on the reception door and was unable to get through immediately. (I have to try to call a lot of times…) I would have liked to have seen at least a minimum level of support at the reception.
