Services are good, quality cost is good, hotel allows you to access to the shopping mall Gym for free which was surprisingly great, awesome quality if for you is important. Rewe market downstairs, which is extremely handy.

Shower a bit simple. My room did not have coffee/tea machine but other rooms did, so I dont understand this differences between standard rooms.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 small kids) in a double comfort room and we had enough space for all of us, having a double bed and two extra beds. We had self check-in and it was seamless. Breakfast was pretty good too. Very convenient stay next to the highway. Wifi had good signal. There is a REWE downstairs where you can buy stuff and cook it on the room, but it was closed when we arrived (Sunday).

Strange late check in after 18:00 with directions how to take the key from a cabinet full of keys ...so keep your phone with you to have the code .......

The location was great for my business. The hotel is located in a shopping mall, so you can buy what you need.

The English proficiency of the reception was low, and it was hard for them to communicate and give the instructions, but it was manageable.😅

Very clean, modern design, very friendly staff and a family atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. There is a grocery-, drug store, and a bakery in the same building is very convenient. Hotel guests may also use the gym in the building. The buffet with a selection of cheese, sausages, cereals, bread and eggs and bacon is a plus.

a rope and a couple of towels more could have been handy, given the pool and spa facility within the hotel complex

The room is equipped with everything you need and check in and out is smooth. Truly love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!

The self-check procedure may seem a bit complicated, I was helped by the hotel staff, so I got in quickly.
