Great location. A wonderful room off the lobby with couches and comfy chairs and a small library was a great place to hang out outside of our room for a relaxing drink.

It was a little cumbersome finding out how and where to park a navigate around the maze of hallways and elevators to get from the room to the garage and so forth. The breakfast did not have any warm food options such as scrambled eggs or bacon.

Very clean and confortable and spacious. They did accommodate me with my Swiss shepherd dog no problem. Great location near Greiz city park many restaurants cafes and shops.

It would be nice to have a safe and coffee machine in the room.

The staff was very helpful with finding key points around the city. Receptionist speaks perfect english which makes everything much easier.

There is no staff after 7 pm, no phones on property, and hotel access goes through a first floor of businesses and you have to switch to a second elevator. Breakfast ends at 10 am. NO Taxis in town , hard to get from Hotel to station . A bit noisy in breakfast room as strange guests visiting have no respect to others, and no one from staff seems to apply rules.

The hotel is modern and comfy, good location and a great breakfast, the rooms are well appointed and clean...

The checking in is hard work, you afto ring for a lady to come and let you in because its un manned so we were standing around for ages. then to get to the hotel its self you have to wonder around a maize only to find its on the top floor of another building VERY confusing... We were told to leave our motorcycles in a no parking zone on the street, we had been told there was secure parking ??? YES there is secure parking we found out as we left it underground but we never got informed.
